Hey Karen, When I was editing this I was thinking I should have done a shout out to you! You would Love these! They were really, really good and only a half dozen?😂 Definitely give them a try and if Chris wants the heat, tell him to add some hot sauce on them, I did and they were still amazing! Thanks Mark, definitely give them a try, these are delicious! You get the sweet pepper flavors with the flavors of a popper but without the heat! If you don't like the heat from jalapenos you will love these! Let me know if you make these and how you like them... or not? But I'm sure you will!

Oh yea I love those mini peppers...they are really good and sweet! I have not thought of using those for a replacement for Jalapeno poppers. Brilliant idea and they will be really colorful on the plate. The sweetness will be nice too. Oh thats a good idea of putting them on that rack so you don't have to move them again off the actual grill. Nice transitions in the beginning and I like the end scene of you closing up the grill.....thats a good ending.

Thank you Alexis! They were colorful and sweet! The flavor of the mini peppers go great with the cream cheese filling, you can definitely taste the peppers. Once again, looking good Kevin! If see or have a chance, try LumberJack pellets in the Char-Hickory blend. I love them. Smoked a pork belly with them and it was awesome my friend. Great flavor of both charcoal and hickory combined.

Thanks Jeff, these were delicious! I do like PB's hickory blend and I needed to use them up 😂 I don't think I've seen the Lumberjack Char-Hickory but they sound good! I'll have to look for them. A couple places here carry Lumberjack. There is such a huge difference from other pellets and PB pellets! I hope you have an awesome weekend and watch out for the scary ghouls and goblins!

If you don't like heat, you have to try these! These are not only delicious, the flavor of the sweet peppers add an extra flavor you don't get when using jalapenos!

Thank you! Yeah that's what I did them at and of course you could go at 300 for a shorter time or 250 and let them go longer, you just want the bacon to be done. I turned it up to 300 to have them ready by game time. These were really delicious so if you get a chance, make them! Have a great weekend and Happy Halloween!
