Pls send oats recepy for weight loss

Made it and loved it My suggestion ignore other veggies besides corn or use them in very less quantity

Oil Garlic Ginger Spring onion Sweet corn Carrot Beans More corn water Water Salt Corn flour Pepper Lemon juice Spring onion
