Hey Lauren! I hear this song in Quebec city at college football. I went to work at a speed skatng competition in Rotterdam and guess what song the house band played there during competition breaks... You surely guessed it. It is a great crowd pleaser and now I get to learn it on the guitar. Thank you for this lesson.

You have to be right on top of the fret with a slide ( bottleneck) to get the note. Going in between the frets like your fingers do will sound horrible.

Not a baseball fan but I like the story how the red soxs became a good ball club . There was a manager who had a theory on getting players on base not so much getting home runs ( cause a man on base is a potential run which could lead to winning the game). Well the manager went through a few teams ( cause the teams didn't agree with that theory) . Then Boston took on this manager and that changed the history of the red soxs.

Great aul song Lauren, I was hoping you would sing the whole thing, I don't think Mr Diamond would mind. Lovely little walk down .but I can't figure out why you put capo on the 4th fret? No you don't. I usually don't use one on an electric but since I have many acoustic guitar players in my following, I figured I would use it here. Barre chords tend to be much easier on an electric.
