I just happened to notice that you don't seem to use bread whereas I eat bread every day both in Canada and Scotland. I really enjoy a sausage or bacon sandwich for my breakfast. Usually toasted but also as a meat sandwich for lunch. I think that must be the one major difference in our diets.
