Sweeping Google Searches to Find Suspects?

Ғылым және технология

You may not know it but you could have been digitally searched already to see if you are a suspect in some crime. Lots of these privacy invading dragnets are going on and this really is a way around the USA Constitution's 4th Amendment - Unreasonable Search and Seizure. The average person does not seem to care that this is happening but our constitutional rights are being cancelled under our nose.

Back in *2011* we reported that a Sony and LG "smart" TV's were recording the audio of the environment they were in while they were "turned off" (sound familiar?), these TV's had no microphone, they used the speakers instead, we use Wireshark to dump all the network communications, we file a complaint and guess what happens, nothing. Latter in 2017 WikiLeaks released "Vault 7" talking about a malware that could target Samsung smart TVs, even while the TV was in a "fake off" mode...

Even as far as 10-15 years ago it’s always been in my mind that what you search for could be used to put you into a category or group. I’ve noticed google searches are very limited these days and even mundane historic research I do is so hard now. It’s almost as if the majority of the internet is gone…..it’s maybe there but it’s certainly not showing up on google searches. We live in dangerous times

Yet, are these entirely new issues? Is it a computer issue. Or is it a human issue. Why oh why do people feel like they want to and should or could or can, infringe on others. I mean, ask the librarian what I'm reading, or the computer. What's the difference. People some of us are weird and creepy, kinda...shady. They can assume anything they want just by search history alone, let that sink in. If you research stuff for a book that may contain content they don’t like; they can assume you are acting nefarious based on search history rather than considering it may be for book purposes. This is not the only example either.

Anyone that's ever wondered what it's all about and gone down the rabbit hole may be noted as a 'neo-nazi', antisemite, etc. Sometimes you just search stuff on a whim to verify its existence. I searched everything under the sun in my teenage years. I imagine it'd be easy to weave just about any narrative you want about a person from a lifetime worth of search history.

I doubt these sweeping dragnets are confined to USA and the larger Western nations. For some time, I have noted that search results and the suggested videos etc. I have perceived that I am being steered to watch things opposite to my opinions. I recognise these very regular examples of steering when they happen, and respond by running music that would offend the "Man in the middle". That this happens weighs in to my digital device upgrade decisions - in the fashion, that I can't decide if I would upgrade or junk them and read books instead. They are cowards, hiding in the shadows, as peeping-toms, having influence on people who are "Innocent" until proven guilty of actually committing some crime. I could live quite happily without Internet and digital devices, except it is the only way to communicate with my off-spring.

It's our duty as free people to resist this at all costs. Google search all sorts of "suspicious" things just to flood their sensors with false positives, just to waste their time and money. Then, if you're ever questioned, remain silent and obstinate throughout the entire process. Do not give into the fear. All one needs to do is acknowledge such evil and stare it in the eyes unflinchingly. Calmly explain these abuses to those who are open minded and will listen and just ignore the screeching of those who cling onto their false sense of security.

So he spent money on a lawyer to prevent them from looking. Would require physical intervention to track/trace and use much more resources to just monitor one individual doing it vs AI and algorithms being used on billions at same time. The old school police used to have long nights/weeks doing stakeouts on people they were trying to catch. I remember watching a video of a high level gvt intel agency admitting that social media is the largest and best gift to any and all law enforcement officials due to peoples willingness to advertise their crimes online.

The deal with a CALEA order is this: not having a judge's order doesn't mean they can't browse first. It's important logic to understand about stingrays. CALEA basically says any form of comm, analog or digital, must be interceptable and decryptable for military and law enforcement. A soldier's cellphone is listened to on base. Rackmount decryption at a listening post. Police have the same thing and the internet is a playground. CALEA is the law standing in the way of fixing gaping security holes in the os and network protocol. If security were bulletproof, the govt would go insane. Real security is custom crypto. And custom crypto is considered a munition under international arms treaty. If a judge says decrypt, you decrypt, or end up like Julian Assange.

UK police have an agreement with phone providers to give info on phone data. Phones travelling in vehicles or in groups, associated phones etc. This avoids the need for any evidence of criminal activity and avoids the need to follow legal proceedings to obtain a production order for information. At this point they don't know who the offender is. Once they have a phone near an area of interest, or group of phones, they will try and tie that person to a crime. The number is checked and then a production order is served to get full info and make it all legal. Offences are investigated this way in conjunction with ANPR and the new UK roadside cameras. Those cameras take high resolution photos of the sides of vehicles to get pictures of occupants. They have been on trial in North Wales and the North West on dual carriageways and motorways. ANPR cameras and speed cameras were also performing a dual use for many years, they were also taking and storing high res photos of vehicle occupants. Wear a full face covering whilst driving!

question that I think I am sure of the answer but.... if you have a degoogled phone, is there any way to use google fi? after you activate the sim in the phone can you wipe it and put on a different rom and will it still work or is it tied to the OS and wont recognize the phone/sim combo or will that help at all with privacy since its google and they know your phone number now.

With AI already tracking EVERYTHING we do online there's no such thing as "online privacy" unless we live alone in a mountain completely off-grid and self-suficcient out of this system, even de-googled phones leave a fingerprint as most apps, websites and banks today rely on google infrastructure

Hello Rob, I'm reaching out to seek your advice on finding a custom ROM that offers built-in support for VPN hotspot functionality. I understand that achieving this can typically be done by rooting an Android device, but I'm specifically interested in a custom ROM that includes this feature along with a VPN kill switch, and most importantly, doesn't automatically switch to a mobile connection if the VPN connection drops. I've heard that Havoc-OS provides this feature, but I'm uncertain about whether Lineage or Calyx OS offer similar capabilities. I'm thinking about buying a new 5G Android device that I plan to use primarily as a VPN hotspot. Could you please recommend a good Android smartphone, as well as a custom ROM that reliably supports this feature? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

With the MASSIVE number of antitrust lawsuits- most of the beta male moderators will be weeded out when AI is in full swing That means there’s going to be A LOT of divorce special prius and teslas for sale in the bay area very soon 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
