You are always fun/nice to watch... Please, please, do a Swedish Christmas song!!!... Your (Swedish) birthday song helped me gain points with my girlfriend despite my terrible pronunciation and singing voice. (Thank you)... It was very nice because we are separated (until summer) by more than 10.000 Km; and there is nothing more beautiful than a Swedish woman (you love) that is happy but also flushing with embarrassment (She was in her house celebrating with her friends who also heard me singing.)... Please, please! I need at least one week to practice. Her facial contortions when I speak Swedish are priceless.

I’ve been to Germany, Switzerland, and Austria during the Christmas season and I loved the Weihnachtsmärkte there, but I really want to experience a Swedish Julmarknader one day as well! That’s one of the reasons I want to learn Swedish! Tack så mycket och god jul!

😂I didnt know anything special happens around my birthday, but im crazy so thats when I arranged my tripsnto Sweden (1997-2000) would be to get there before my birthday (Nov 30) and go home after New Year's. My ex's family had a meat fest for Christmas. Meatballs, reindeer, elk, moose, idk, all kinds of meat. Grilled, smoked, jerky. And there was the one year it was -13F on New Year's Eve and we cooked outside on the grill and people stood outside watching the fireworks because "we dont care how cold it is". 😂 To this day I still like the cold.

Really loved your video. This year will be my first Christmas in Sweden, I will spend the last 2 weeks Of December with my boyfriends family and I’ve been advised by him that we will have/do most of the traditions/food that you mentioned in your video. I am extremely excited and cannot wait to have this lovely experience 😊 I will try to learn by heart all these words, it would be funny to pronounce them in front of all of them ☺️

Hello, thank you. when do you celebrate christmas exactly in Sweden? 24th, 25th, 26th of december? how is the usual procedure? what is lucia (13th december?) who brings the gifts to the children ? Santa Clause, or as in Germany "Christkind" etc. ?are there any customs and stories existing concerning that? does "knut" really exist, an event when the christmas trees are collected at the end of christmas, sometime in january? kind regards and merry christmas, God Jul,

In Stockholm many things occur during December in preparation but when I speak to many people they will say they are not religious. This surprises me zero religion and very eager to celebrate the birthday of Jesus Christ who is a religious leader.
