Sir, IF a person come from another EU country with already having EU Residence permit . Then is it necessary to convert that EU Residence permit into Swedish Residence Card, OR He can keep that EU Residence card and Sweden will also issue that person a 2nd Residence permit either as a sticker on his passport OR as a 2nd card ?

Hi, it varies from 1 month to 6 month. After 6 months you can ask to conclude the case. In that case it takes a month to get decision.
