Sweden becomes Main Focus for massive NATO defence exercises

NATO forces, under exercise BALTOPS 24 deployed over 30 ships and thousands of troops to the Baltic Region in June 2024.
This video primarily follows USA, Netherlands, Spanish and Polish forces deployment operations in and around Sweden, in particular on the Swedish Island of Gotland, often dubbed a ‘giant aircraft carrier’
Now that Sweden is a NATO member Gotland is now seen as a critical element to Nato's defence strategy in the Baltics region against Russian aggression.
This years BALTOPS 2024 is the 53rd iteration of NATO’s Baltic Operations and is the alliance’s largest amid the inclusion of new members Finland and Sweden and security concerns with Russia.

Very happy to have the Swedes and Finns on board. Greetings from Norway. Baltic sea is now a NATO lake, which is great for the defense of everyone in the region.

I really don't think Russia has the belly for it. Putin may be a madman, but the rest of the Kremlin still want to live. Nevermmind his cronies. Those aren't the same people that are really pulling the strings.

So far you sound like a madman. Russia did not attack and did not intend to fight NATO. Everything it does does with the territory with which Russia has long-standing, unclosed cultural and ethnic gestalts; the fact that NATO interferes in this is not the Kremlin’s problem, but yours.
