my mom just passed 3 days ago. the day she passed away, my grandma, aunt and I went to a restaurant. when suddenly her favorite song to sing played on the restaurants speaker which is this song. the first few people who got there first before us said there was no music playing, and that this song only played when we arrived. and after the song played, it went silent again. only this song played the whole time we were there. mama, I don't understand why God took you so early from us😭 you were still 34, so young with so many dreams. I never expected this to happen to you mama, Rest in paradise ma, I love you so much! i still don't know how i can possibly overcome this, but i wont be neglectful of myself because i know you wouldn't want that. i love you ma

The American pie days are over... glad we got to witness it 💯

First heard this at Auckland backpackers hostel bar as a very shy 20 year old who just started on a round the World 1 year trip. I hadn't had a good start to the trip and missed my family and friends terribly. Then in this bar, i met some awesome people, who picked me up and since then i never looked back. Now 45 and lived most of my life away from the UK. Go travel people!

Glad I heard this song again, I almost forgot it existed even though I use to hear this playing on the radio.

As I a music lover and athlete, 1980-81, I heard this. Really love it, the melody, the techniques as Music is Life. I’ Still single but happy.
