I felt in love with binoculars when i saw a photographer taking some pictures of birds in a lake. I requested him to show some of his work which he was very happy to show and i was really impressed with his expertise in the field and the various types of cameras lenses he was using. He was using an NL Pure 10x42 Swarovski Binoculars. I requested him if i can use the binocular to see the birds live. He adjusted them so i can see the unseen, and WOW believe me i was blown away by the results.

Bought it 2 weeks ago, such a beast. He won the race against the zeiss pocket. Maybe a smaller fov but swaro has the best customer service in the world

I did! I bought the NL Pure 12x42 as well. That is THE BEST you can get in binoculars. i will make a video about that as well.

@@StreetFooodUK That would be nice, I'll be watching it. NL12 is fantastic! I only looked through it couple of times last year (I don't own it) and found in my case that with the eyecups fully extended I got some crescent shaped internal reflections in the inner bottoms of the image. Adjusting the eyecups down only slightly remedied this. The image is fabulous, close focus is fabulous and I had no problem whatsoever merging both images at 12x at very close focus. This year I ended up with an SLC 10x56 after already had a Habicht 7x42 for many years. Enjoy your NL12, fabulous stuff 👍👍✨✨
Congratulations! I have the EL 8.5x42 and the SLC 15x56. I love them! Someday I might be able to buy the NL pure but it will take a long time to save up that huge amount of money. Anyway enjoy your lovely binoculars :)
Thx. By yhe way, I thought the caps went on the ocular end of these bins rather than the onjective lens side - to keep rain drops off etc. Am I wrong?

The caps are indeed for the oculars. They are a rain guard. When walking during rain, it keeps water out of the eyepieces which could blur the image. And they keep your eyepieces cleaner as much dirt on the eyepieces will negatively impact your enjoyment of the image.

I don’t understand why you went for a 10x25 not really for birding please don’t think I’m being disrespectful but if spending that kind of money whiny not invest in 10x42 or 8x42
