Trisha and Moses I have a delicious fail-proof recipe for you... roast chicken... my husband and I eat it every week and love it... preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)... place whole chicken, 3 halved potatoes, 1 large quartered onion, butter, truffle oil, rosemary, salt, pepper in covered oven safe pot and put in oven... cook 1 hour and 30 mins... take out of oven and take off lid... place back in oven for 10-15 more mins (until you notice skin on top of chicken is a little brown)... and you're done! Let me know what you think hun love you both so much xxxxxxx

It is the easiest to get kids in and out, when they are toddlers they will be able to open the door and get in themselves, and it actually has 3 rows that a human can sit in. Plus its a hybrid so you don't have to pump gas often. Just embrace the soccer mom life.
