I think I'm turning into mitsuri....

Got to admit, I love how unique each of the interactions are and I really enjoyed Tanjiro’s encounters with Demon Mitsuri, Giyu, Rengoku and Muichiro in particular since they were all cute and the Demon Kamado likely smelled how they are naturally very caring people. Especially with how quickly Mitsuri seemed to change her attitude when she saw the adorable little Demon and it’s nice to see the idea of them being friends is still alive. Question, but was Demon Mitsuri planning on adopting Tanjiro as her own kid or son? Because honestly, I can easily see it happening. For Giyu, I just love how it seems to be a constant now that he will always be a big brother or father figure to Tanjiro and him showing the flower was adorable, especially Demon Tanjiro’s reaction to it! Protect the sunshine Demon! For Rengoku, it was heartbreaking and heartwarming to have him see his little brother in Demon Tanjiro, especially thanks to their caring natures, even though Rengoku doesn’t seem to pleased with the reminder of his brother given… yeah…. Hopefully the flower Tanjiro gave the fire Demon helped a bit. Demon Muichiro’s interaction with Tanjiro was easily the most adorable! Just the way that they instantly became friends and how I can easily see the good Demon becoming a favourite to the Demon Hashira after playing can lead to some funny interactions, especially since he snuck the Kamado away from Demon Sanemi and Iguro. After all, Muichiro really doesn’t hide his favouritism in canon going off of the Hashira training arc. Now for the others. Shinobu was surprisingly nice from what I can remember of her lore, so perhaps the 3 little girls at the Butterfly Mansion are Demons that Shinobu looks after in the Swap au and Tanjiro reminded her of the girls. Though… her remembering Tanjiro from Muzan talking about him has left me concerned. For Demon Tengen… you really want to run given the amount of humans and Demons who are now after your head. Though I will admit, I’m surprised Demon Mitsuri, Rengoku and Muichiro weren’t glaring at him with Demon Giyu for making Demon Tanjiro cry. For Sanemi and Iguro, the fact that they ignored Tanjiro so they can fight is hilarious to me! Though, I am curious to know how they genuinely would have interacted with the sunshine Demon, as with Demon Iguro, I can just imagine him watching Tanjiro and Kaburamaru play in shock since the Demon snake rarely likes people (I do remember you saying that Tanjiro did take Kaburamaru for a while at some point), which would be hilarious. For Demon Sanemi, he might be reminded of his Genya, though i don’t know how he would react to the reminder of his brother. Question, while I know that you are working on Demon Gyomei and a lot of other stuff at the moment, can I ask how you think the Demon Stone Hashira would react to Swap Tanjiro based off of the ideas you have for him? I would honestly love to know if you don’t mind! Overall, you did an amazing job and I look forward to seeing what other ideas you will make into videos!

This was alot to read and I enjoyed every bit of it!! Sanemi and Iguro are usually always challenging each other to see who's stronger, which usually comes out with Sanemi being the leader. Though, he doesn't kill Iguro off or anything like that after beating him in many fights. He enjoys challenging him a lot. And for demon Gyomei, he's still a ray of sunshine, even as a demon so after seeing Tanjiro he wouldn't think too much since Gyomei is already familiar with the amount of child-like demons Giyuu would bring in. Muichiro secretly being his favorite. He would also remember Tanjiro being mentioned by muzan but seeing how friendly the demon was, he just spared him for now. And yes, I can confirm behind the scene Mitsuri tried taking Tanjiro back to the fortess. 💞

I will admit that I was slightly annoyed with writing it considering that my initial attempt at writing this and uploading it didn’t work. Yeah, makes sense and it definitely sounds like a fun dynamic between Demon Iguro and Sanemi. After all, I believe the fanbooks confirmed that Akaza challenged Kokushibo quite a bit of time before canon and the Upper moon 1 spared him due to having fun with the fight. In short, a higher ranked Demon sparing a lower rank after a challenge is actually pretty realistic. I’m glad to know that despite Muzan’s grasp on him, Gyomei is still a gentle giant by nature and let Swap Tanjiro go thanks to the Demon Kamado’s gentle soul. In fact, I can safely guess he has killed Demons who have tried to prey on children in his territory and is almost as beloved as Giyu when it comes to Demon children. As for Muichiro secretly being his favourite, I can see it considering how gentle the Upper moon 4 is despite his Demonic nature. Not gonna lie, I do find the idea of Demon Mitsuri showing off Tanjiro to Muzan hilarious since it wouldn’t be because of the Demon King’s orders, but because she finds the sunshine Demon cute. Makes me wonder how Muzan would react to that. Though that does make me wonder. The Demon Hashira have clearly been told to get Tanjiro or at least keep an eye out for him by Muzan, so what has caught the Demon King’s interest? Does he already know Tanjiro conquered the sun or perhaps… did he see the Blue Spider Lily in Demon Tanjiro’s memories? Side note, but can you tell me how Demon Sanemi and Iguro would have genuinely interacted with they weren’t busy fighting? After all, they sound like fun interactions.

@@la7402 Ah-- by seeing how long it is, I can diff see why it annoyed you whenever the uploading didnt work! For sanemi and iguro's reaction, here you go! Sanemi - would most likely just be a bit annoyed with being in the same room as him which would kinda make Tanjiro a little hesitant to get near him. He is upper 2 after all but after seeing how Tanjiro acts, he would just get small flashbacks of his own brother. Sanemi doesnt know how his brother look like either, once muzan turned him into a demon, his memories were erased while he still left still just littls bits of his past memories there. So basically, sanemi would feel a bit attached since Tanjiro reminded him of a certain person and he just cant bring himself to attack him, at least not now. Iguro - Same as Iguro, he would be annoyed. Especially after seeing the interaction he had with Mitsuri. Mitsuri and Iguro are actually together in this au. I would like to imagine Mitsuri just going on Iguro's back like Daki and Gyutaro or just being that clingy yet terrifing demon from the reaction given in the video! Back to the topic, Iguro would have mostly just stayed quiet, maybe even try to attack him but in the end, he's just in the corner staring in pure confusion as Tanjiro and Kaburamaru just stares at each other awkwardly. And maybe even Tanjiro trying to pet the snake only to get a warning bite from it.

Glad to know Sanemi’s surprisingly soft nature is hidden in his Demonic body and what little he can remember of Genya is held close to him. Though it does given me an idea, is Genya perhaps a Demon who travels with Tamayo and Yushiro? Would be interesting when you think on it. Huh. Glad to know Mitsuri and Obanai are together, though it certainly doesn’t mean good things for others. Iguro… you are so lucky that you were distracted by your fight with Sanemi, or else more people would be out for your head than when Demon Tengen currently has. Though I will admit, the gave me the idea of Demon Mitsuri trying to convince Iguro to adopt Demon Tanjiro with her and his reaction to that, which I find hilarious. Sad to know Demon Kaburamaru doesn’t like Demon Tanjiro, but it makes sense I guess. Perhaps under different circumstances, the Demonic snake would like the Demon Kamado like how the snake warmed up to Tanjiro in canon.
