"Swan Lake" is a Soviet full - length color large - format film-ballet , staged at the Lenfilm studio in 1968 by Apollinary Dudko and Konstantin Sergeyev . A screen adaptation of the ballet of the same name by P.I.Tchaikovsky staged by Konstantin Sergeyev.

Estrenada en Chile en 1971, permaneció varios meses o mas de un año en la cartelera del Cine Central o Huérfanos en Santiago, ya no recuerdo cuál, con mis 17 años, acompañado o solo la mayor parte, debo haber ido unas 15 veces a verla. Tuve la suerte de encontrarla en DVD hace algunos años y ahora en KZread. No he visto un mejor Rotbart que el de Mahmud Esambaiev. ...y bueno, a las dos de la madrugada termino de ver esta versión por n-ésima vez, y ahora, con 68 años y al igual que hace 51 años, inevitablemente, me arranca lágrimas.

Hola compatriota. Yo no ví esto cuando se dió en los cines de Chile, porque nací en 1988, pero tengo un recorte de la revista Telecran donde esta película llegó al año siguiente de filmada (1969) al Cine Metro, dónde se exhibía por 9 escudos. De hecho al recordar ese recorte compré el DVD de esta versión. Es muy bonito el colorido y sumamente apropiada para quienes se inician en conocer el mundo del ballet. Saludos.

Thank you so much for uploading this. This version is the first ballet I’ve ever watched when I was 5, and after that I begged my mom to get my ballet lessons. It’s still my favorite swan lake to this day.
