SWAMPED OUT! Mulching Into A Hidden Swamp Takes This Mulching Job Off The Rails!
We tried to mulching into a HIDDEN swamp and it did not GO WELL! We were able to get most of the area done and got 7 out of the 8 hours I planned for done but this still feels like a HOLLOW victory!

Hello. From. Alabama. God. Bless you abountly
We knew we could count on you for a Tuesday morning video. The new blades ground everything to pieces. Very nice.
When you’re cutting through it with the new cutters, I also noticed that the ASV120 doesn’t stumble near as bad and it recovers faster to me, Davon! I love that TMC Concella, it’s a “B/A to me! lol 😂👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I always like the Timelapse and your selection of music too my friend, more cool and relaxing! ☺️
Hey Brother, Just wanted to encourage you. I appreciate your passion and sharing your craft and dedication to landscaping and the equipment that supports that. You’re a God man I can tell and your heart shines through your work. I appreciate the time lapse to show the finished product. I pray much success over you and that you are blessed in a multitude of ways this year.
Great to see Big Muchie back out and working again since all the repairs it had to go under not so long ago.

I was nervous for you on this one! You gave her the best outcome you could, and that is all she can possibly ask for. Well done!!
ADD search on trees. A 100ft tree uses approximately 11,000 gallons of water per season.
It still amazes me to see a giant tree just vanish in front of this machine.
That mulcher sure makes quick work of all that bush 😊😊😊
I know you look at the property when giving estimates, have you ever thought about using your drone,by flying above you might be able to see something, different.just saying.you did a great job as always, place was improved, big time.just continue on doing what you do best.great video 😎😎😎👍👍👍
You did a fine job for your client! Best wishes.
A little bit of a wild ride there for a while great video thanks Davin

Rest of job needs to be done after a long dry summer, before any rains. It might be workable then? Good job not getting stuck this time.

Yeah about 3 weeks of no rain in the summer would probably make the rest of this job doable.
I do not understand why but watching you mulch is so satisfying.
All over the area has been a soupy mess, since we had those two back to back storms two weeks ago. Some parts of my property in Brunswick County are just beginning to dry out.
Nothing beats the efficiency of these heavy-duty workhorses.
Very nice work

I did learn why my land is so wet from this video. I use to have a big wooded area and I cut everything down because I like grass and now it’s like a swamp. I never knew that trees took so much water out of the ground.
Good job and video Brother. Oh the joys of being a solo owner / operator
Despite the dcriptions in the comments, i still watched the entire thing and loved it! Great job!
Almost to the 100,000 mark
I definitely can tell that the new knives are cutting a lot better Davon, now it’s cutting like the first time you used it! That’s what impressed me so much about the TMC mulcher, from the start! I think it cuts way better than your other mulcher, just my opinion my friend! I bet that was a ride when you dropped off in that ditch! Looked like a heck of a ride brother! lol 😂
LDIGIt4 I am a big fan of you keep the work up and videos coming out I love watching your videos
That was definitely not level land. Lumpy bumpy. Quite a challenge, but you handled it well. Great job!
Hi there, nice to see your videos again. It is always very relaxing. Here Italy. We have no winter here anymore. Always warm over here. It is all weird here, too.
You're days away from getting your silver play button. Congrats, Davin and well-earned!
Looks great brother and thanks for sharing my friend! Kirk from Louisiana sending prayers and good vibes to you my friend! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Be careful. Nicely done. 🇺🇸👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻✅✅✅✅✅⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ENJOYED WATCHING THE VIDEO DAVIN 😊
I was wondering if things would be a bit swampy in the seamless as well as high ground. I'm kind of a weather nerd (as well as a fire buffing, and mulching nerd), and I was watching that storm a few weeks back that came through. I saw not only all the wind damage that occured (any jobs out of that?), but I also saw the massive amounts of rain y'all got. Saw the Waccamaw was up in moderate flood, and was wondering if that, or any smaller creeks and streams, had affected your ability to work any jobs you bid on. Glad to see that at least this one was partly workable.
I would love to drive that machine. I know you do it every day but that looks fun. Keep up the good work.

hello Devon & it's is Randy and i like yours video is cool & Thanks Devon Friends Randy
Maybe after a couple dry weeks, she could get someone to do a controlled burn on the now wet area. Then maybe she could get someone to grade it
you can walk your mini on swamp mats or logs if you don't have mats, maybe worth checking grade see if you can offer to put a drainage ditch right down the middle and help let that area dry out
Great video.👍

Man you should’ve seen this machine that I saw today. It was about the size of a D-8 cat dozer. And it had a muching head attached to it looked like them large carbide teeth on it. I had never seen anything like that around my area. It was sitting on the back of a tractor trailer so I don’t know where it was headed. But it’s was huge. Much bigger than that one you showed on your channel a while back.
That windshield has caught some bad stuff brother, it looks like it’s been through a battle! lol 😂 maybe some day you’ll be able to get it changed, it’s hard to believe glass can get scratches like that or is it glass or plexiglass Davon?

Hey you got some good videos, I’m new to the mulching business. I was wondering why you didn’t use the mega mower on this job, it looked like the trees were small enough.
Did that for the WDNR. Fecon. What a hoot
Looks great what you have accomplished here. I'm curious if the landowner could get a burn permit to take care of what you could not cut?

I cut 13 huge 30 to 80 ft oaks out of my property. Ground down the stumps and all. Graded level. 2 years later my yard looked like a flooded rice field. Took 3 years of compost and aeration to establish grass thirsty enough to at least not flood. But it's still very soggy after a rain. Won't do that on the next one for sure.
Ask her if she would like a pond.

Отличная работа! И бурьян убрал и верхний слой почвы не нарушил. А ветки измельченные в мульчу за сезон перегниют лежа на земле.
Do a collaboration video with letsdig18 and give that water a way to drain then everything will dry up.
Good work, I mulch in Oregon and have found myself stuck in mud holes /marshy areas in July / August. What head is on that ASV, it is getting after it?

@@idigit4967 I just watched it, it's cool to see the production from raw steel to a finished product. My buddy does tunneling and goes to Germany to get custom TBM's (tunnel boring machines) for each new job they start, I have always wanted to tag along to see the process. Thanks for sharing!

Yeah, definitely be careful in that mud! The ASV tracks aren’t the best for mud from what I’ve seen! I know the ride better but as far as mud, they suck! No offense my friend but those just are made for running through open fields and pastures! The ASV is the only skid steer that has them on it from all the machines I’ve seen on UTUBE! I guess it’s like the difference between a radial tire and a bias tire Davon!
a 10 inch tree can use up to 100 gallons of water per day.
Its called weather it changes every year and no one seems to remember.

That's the one thing that has always bothered me about our Carolina mountains, the logging. People don't realize what it does to the rest of the land for years to come. Not only that, it effects the wildlife.I just can't see the tradeoff for fancy houses built on the sides of our mountains. There's a reason our ancestors built in the valleys.
I Despite Company's like this one because they DOUBLE DIP and get paid for the same JOB TWICE which it NOT right . They charge the people for the JOB is ok BUT they ASLSO get PAID foir the same JOB on KZread and that is NOT right
