Super tips Swamiji!!! 1. Have discipline in eating 2. Atleast 45 minutes of Yoga everyday 3. Proper and balanced diet 4. 1 lemonade everyday (super alkalizing) 5. The super important one: Laugh! Laugh louder, so not a drop of stress and tension kept in our body! Sanya is a wonderful interviewer!

Wonderful fitness tips! Laughter does make a difference! Personally, I try to walk at least 4-5 a week for a minimum of 30 minutes and watch my diet. Thank you, Swamiji for sharing your tips.

I take meditation for 30 min twice aday and l recite OM 20th.🙏

OK. I never mention this but since you asked. Asanas, pranayama & mediation everyday for 50 min A 2nd meditation for 20 - 30 minutes everyday [Both meditations, 48 years and counting. Never stopped] Exercise with light weights, 2 times a week Tennis practice once a week I use my sauna 2 times a week for 45 minutes up to 150 degree Fahrenheit I'm age 70, but don't tell anyone

Excellent fitness tips from a Yogi 🧘♂️ who travels 80-90 cities and eats at different house / different varieties of food but still keeps fit daily to give the discourse and yoga programs . A must watch for all as we all require to be fit daily in this fast and furious life 😮Donot miss it . Thanks swamiji for sharing your fitness tips. I'm a very lazy person . But in the morning I do two things. I offer namaz and do pranayam my guruji was my paternal uncle who taught me . And by the grace of Almighty our house is situated in front of a big lake facing the lake I sit and do pranayam. Thank you God.
Interesting to hear both Swamiji and Sonya M. sharing their points on staying fit. From my side walking a half hour at least once a day outdoors in nature is one of the things that I do for good physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Looking forward to hear comments from others.

Thanks a lot, Swamiji, for sharing your fitness secrets. To me, exercise is a great stress relief. I love running and walking 6 days a week for 45 min. I do some yoga 3 to 4 days a week. I would like to exercise more control on my diet, though!!

I really like Swami Mukundananda; great personality!
I have also become fit and learnt all the disciple from Swamiji and it is maintained past 2 years by his grace alone. I do meditation everyday (try not to break consistency) and for that I have signed up for My Daily Saadhna and its a wonderful course desgined by Swamiji himself. I am in the advanced stage in the course (the third part) and really love it. I also do yoga with the help of Swamiji's videos and the JKyog Premyoga channel for physical fitness 😊
