The Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat provides an immersion experience into the daily practices of a yogic lifestyle. The daily schedule includes meditation, pranayama (breathing practices), asana (yoga postures), balanced vegetarian diet, and satsang (spiritual discourse).
We offer Yoga Teacher Training Courses and Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Courses throughout the year, as well as many other certification courses, experiential programs, and yoga vacation options.
