swahili-style BEEF pilau recipe | The cooking nurse
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
this ha become a staple here that all the adults are always excited when its pilau day, its a very common dish all around east Africa and Africa and its one of those meals you can put together effortlessly when you give it time to understand the flavor. I love serving it with a hot salsa and it never goes wrong. the pilau masala is enough but because i am extra i add a little some things of my favorite pilau masala components i.e. cloves, cumin, cardamoms. bay leaves or cinnamon. i hope after watching this video you will let the tea leaves rest.

Do the spice measurements matter
@TheCookingNurse
2 жыл бұрын
Yes they do, the pilau masala is more,but depending on how much rice you have, always keep it not more than a tablespoon for 1kg and less than a teaspoon for the complementary spices
