what a breathtaking explanation
Why should we always set width and height on the svg? Wouldn't it be the same if didn't have those attributes and took up 100% of its parent size? Then we would steer the size by changing width/height of (unrelated) parent element (for example )

good explanation trial, could be absolutely clear by full circle and border
Good explaination, but the arbitary positioned of the circle not relative to the top left edge made it hard to follow what's going on, as it does not look like the center is 100 from the top and left side (which after re-creating with a codepen I see it is not).
