Remember watching this on the night. My folks were expecting a slow cute ballad with a title like "Be My Valentine," probably some roses and cocktail dresses etc. Then we got "you are sexy bum" and we lost it for 3 minutes flat 😂

It's so nice of Svetlana to host eurovision during her concert!!!

I remember the 13-year-old me being obsessed with her outfit, her body, her acrobatics and her stage presence. Watching it again at 25... I still feel the same.

Fun pop song, grandiose staging, half naked men on stage, dancing/acrobatics,.campy tone. Its not an insult to her or her physical appearance. Its an appreciation for the performance and style.

@@agus-sc2lm in 2019 there was a scandal where the Ukrainian singer wasn't allowed to go because she regularly performed in Russia, afterwards they wouldn't pick anyone who did so this excludes Loboda.

Drum section with two Ukrainian flags give me shivers down my spine and goosebumbs.

She gave a show the middle of Eurovision!! She was the best that year❤

Can we all agree this was way ahead of its time and if it were today it surely would have won! One if the best ever entries. Period.

One of my favs Ukraine’s entry ever. And now, the Ukrainan flag in Russian stadium has another level of meaning.

За 10 лет Светлана Лобода вокально потянулась, удалила из имиджа "пошлую Машу Распутину", оставив сексуальность, стала выглядеть моложе. На Евро ей всего 27 лет, а смотрелась как милфа. Вот что значит битва продюсеров, когда Крапивина против Бадоева. И смена целевой аудитории. Я не поклонница творчества, но плюсую артистке за бешеную трудоспособность и работу над собой! 👍

If you want to relax and enjoy Eurovision, you do not need to scan other countries. it’s enough to open Ukraine for any year and you will always get to 12 points

Cause it’s iconic and Ukraine likes to do iconic stuff 🫦

The styling of the dancers is so random. I love it xD

She will not want to speak from Ukraine, just like Ani Lorak (Ukraine 2008). They live in Russia. Well, Loboda still sometimes travels to Kiev to her country house, but Ani Lorak is only in Russia, and no longer wants to have anything to do with Ukraine

I am new to her and this, but I am absolutely ENTERTAINED! She should have been able to cross into the US. This is what people here eat UP. Shes talented AND can entertain. I live.
