This school is gorgeous! There's absolutely anything and everything a student would need to animate! My dream school for sure!

This is so exciting!!! I got accepted to join SVA for animation in the fall ( which I am SO elated about ) but it does suck so much that I won't be able to actually visit the facility or city beforehand. I am at least crossing my fingers for at least a semi-normal orientation and move in day. Nonetheless I'm so grateful to have found this!

im 14, and im hoping that i can one day go to SVA for either animation or illustration ! its such an ideal place for me, since its in new york, if i wanted to visit my home state i could just drive rather than have to fly or something . not to mention, i just love new york city ! looks like such a nice school to go to as well

Hey does anyone knows when is the fall 2021 deadline.

Hope to go here one day. I’m gonna work on my portfolio and scholarships after ACTs. My family can’t really afford to send me here, but with high enough grades and ACTs scores I can find enough scholarships to get me here. Vivienne Medrano and Keith Haring are two of my heroes who helped inspire me to work on art, and they went here. So I just keep that in mind. Only perk about Cerebral Palsy, is a higher chance at getting scholarships and grants, and stuff. So I’m gonna take advantage of that. Might update this in a month, I dunno.

Now I'm kinda sad that I'm too young to go to college. I do hope I can apply when I'm old enough though.

I'm 12, and I've been enormously interested in animation for about a year no. Knowing about this school has made me want to just get my childhood over with as soon as possible. Actually, JK. I can wait a while. also, i have a stutter/stammer, so I'll see how that goes.
