Beautiful looking K1 you have there,I got hold of a K2 in September 2022 which had just under 12,000 miles on the odometer,I found the brakes to be a bit jerky and with a sudden "bite" when applied at speeds above 70 mph,to remedy this,I had a Brembo front brake master cylinder fitted and also fitted Brembo front disc rotors and Venhill braided brake lines,front and rear,I decided to keep the original calipers as they worked very well with the new components.The bike also has a Yoshimura tri-oval titanium full system,K&N filter,Iridium R plugs and a lithium ion battery,it runs on Michelin pilot power tyres and I have to say,the handling is perfect,the gsxr is by far the best bike that I have owned to date and I can't see myself parting with it.

Nice k1. I have one also. With an 04 Motor. It is a beast! I live in Florida so we have no off season.. Just some rain to deal with in summer. You on the Tonit app? Riders all over the world.

I think you should tighten up the oil filter just with hand. Do not use a tool to tighten it up.

Thank you for the advice.i didn’t tighten it very.I just gave it a small turn extra.

You never choke a Susuki except in extreme cold conditions

Then i had problem with one of the injectors and it didn’t want to start good.

You have not even started the bike so the oil can heat and be thin before you drain the oil.

Siduriga ju vahetatakse😁😁Ja hetkel oli käsi veits roostes.Pold ikkagi pea 6 kuud sõitnud.

@@TheMeisner87 siduriga lähed kohalt, sõidu pealt küll pole vaja ja isegi parem on kui ei kasuta. Kiirendad tõmbad jalaga väikese pinge peale ja kohe kui natuke gaasi järgi lased on kiire ja korrektne käiguvahetus. Ma nii 15a kaherattalistega tegelenud 😃

always dab a little oil around the seal of a new oil filter, helps with the suction and seal and stops any initial damage to it when putting on a new one, did you use a new crush nut on the sump? That might cause you an issue down the road, hopefully not, but for £2 worth a new crush nut instead of losing £50 of oil down the road and a chance of a crash. And another trick for getting the tank up and out the way, bungee strap with hooks, stick it through the holes of the tank at the front, and pull to the rear seat and use the hook under the seat, it will allow the tank to stand up straight and out the way. instagram.com/p/B91lKw0jm4W/ you can see from my picture here. I put oil on the filter like you saw in the video and also a new a new crush nut.That trick with the tank i didnt knew.Thank you for the info.🙂

@@TheMeisner87 didn't see it clearly in the video, but good drills, you wouldn't believe how many people forget to do these small things, which could save a lot of hassle down the line. bungees off amazon, and keep two in the rear seat. they come in handy when working on anything under the tank.
