After riding both... My inner child wants sf 250 but the mature man in me wishes to go with cbr.. Sf 250 is extremely punchy to ride in city but lacks the cruising capability of the cbr.. But cbr is a bliss in highways... It can do 100kmph..6k rpm.. Damn the bike is butter smooth.. ( 2017 ) .. But lacks the punch in city!!!...

CBR 250 and Pulsar 220 unbeatable machines 😍 i really miss my CBR250

Cbr has dohc so can rev higher thus the better top end... But man.. I test rode a sf 250 and this machine blast ahead like anything.. It's quicker than Duke 200, Duke 250 , dominar 250 , fz 250 in traffic .. And can do 0 to 100kmph in 8 secs 😘

In 250 cc segment CBR is ine of the single cylinder real monster.. After 140 kmp CBR performance is outstanding.. Rpm is really worth.. CBR is Brand..im so proud one of the CBR owner

Who is going to cruise above 140 everytime??. CBR gear should change in cities frequently. Gixxer give adequate torque in all gears.

Been an owner of 2013 model of Cbr 250. It's made for one purpose only. Go to the highways.. Twist the throttle amd play on between the speeds of 110-120kmph all day.. The engine would not complain a single time!!! The newer versions top speed has been a bit lower but undoubtedly the refinement and the quality is still unmatched. India was not ready for a bike like this on 2011 when it was first launched. Made it the most under rated sports tourer in history sadly.

I will really appreciate it, if you post more videos of the HONDA

CBR has a DOHC engine, whereas the Gixxer has SOHC. So the CBR is more refined.

Maybe but they both are 4 valve engines. Suzuki has less redline as compared to CBR.

@@ritwikroy4135 A DOHC setup helps contain vibrations better than an SOHC, of course at a higher cost. Valves are more important for better combustion and power output of an engine.

DOHC allows more precise valve timing and lift while sohc can be suffer from valve floating at high rpm.

Used to own a CBR250R back in India. At 2,66,000 kms, was one of the most reliable and no nonsense motorcycles I've ever owned. I came to Canada and bought a Suzuki Bandit 1250S which I so relate to my beloved little Honda back home. No unnecessary frills, does what it needs to in the most efficient manner.

Unlock the Rev LIMITER OF SUZUKI GIXXER 250 SF & ADD a Big Bubble front visor, It's a great m/c with out a single doubt but little bit cost cutting or you may say it very easy going maintenance m/c. Both are underrated bikes

CBR's BS4 version is a bit slower than BS3 version. BS3 version used to top out at 153-154 kph but BS4 tops out around 148 kph on the odo.

Cbr is old but then also it is legend

cbr250 is the legend.. No other motorcycle can take its place..

Both cbr and gixxer are legend. Acceleration is the main thing cbr takes eternity to match gixxer so cbr is good at top end but not every body needs top end acceleration is required in day to day life so both bikes are legend do not compare them love both the bikes.

Gixxer is more comfortable and flickering in cities and have good torque in all gears. CBR is good for highways only. The intial pick up of Gixxer also good

That CBR is atleast 5 years old at this point. Despite being water cooled, it's heavier than the gixxer 250, which is oil cooled only

My bike is Gixer sf 155 sf bs6 my top speed is 133 .. love from Bangladesh 🇧🇩 🇮🇳

Proud owner of CBR250R ABS from 2011 to 2015, and Gixxer 250sf from 2019 till date

I Still Proudly Own CBR250R BS3 2012 Model, It Crosses 170+ kmph with me having 90+ KG under 25 seconds. And Honda will always be a Honda. It's engine was race tuned still with stock specifications. When you see a History, and recent reports Honda Engines have always won in Moto GP (Marc Marquez) and Formula 1 (Max Verstappen) races.. Suzuki engines cannot compete with Honda engines definitely.. Cause a King is King, Never compare with its own Vizier 👑 Also the result of this video is present before you 🤭

Very well said bro...i too owned CBR250R bs3 2016 model and my weight is 94 and it achieves 170+ on highways....CBR has been the king of the segment after that none of the 250cc category bikes gives me chills that is still gives thats the reason i have not upgraded to any of the new generation machines....

I also own cbr 250 2012 model, top speed of this bike is somewhere around 145 to 150, there is too much speedo error at high speed.

@@axel3895 Not at all bro... In my experience Honda speed error is only 2-3 kmph behind and theres no device made which can measure accurate KMPH.. You can mostly see speed errors in indian manufactured bikes like Bajaj it has the most speed errros having 10-15 kmph behind .. But not in japanese technology bikes case ..

Accident nahi hota ky tumhara mene apni nayi activa 80 pr chalayi thi or mera accident ho gya fir mujhe tej speed se dar lagti hai ek din 30 ki speed se chala raha tha to ek kutta madrchod kahi se nikalkr scooty ke samne akar takra gya tb se mai darta hu gaadi chalane se chalata hu bhi to bahut aaram se.

Yep Gixxer got better usable power its easier to manage in dead traffic, where as cbr need frequent down shifts(its meant to be a blast at top end with that dohc setup)

Gixer is sports tourer ,CBR was race intended so has top end better . But to beat Gixer which has shot ahead like bullet in low end and mid end .You need more length of road to beat gixer

Try changing tyres. I have bs3 cbr 250r (2017) with stock tyres it used to go around 145-148. Changed it to Apollo alpha h1 (both rear and front ) and I clocked 165. I weighed 83-84 kgs.

With the change in the Bharat stage emissions, there is a drop in performance of the bikes. The Bs6 compliant CBR can have poor performance as compared to 2018 One.
