I just took a test ride of the Burgman in Kolkata's traffic. I loved the experience. The ride was super smooth and the acceleration was so smooth that it never felt like I was taxing the engine a bit. And, when needed, the brake worked perfectly fine. Took a few U Turns. The turns were quite sharp for a scooter. The leg space is extremely well, and I am a little on the heavier side myself. The seat was extremely comfortable. Moreover, the compartment under the seat is enough to pack all my essentials for an inter-city ride. One thing that really made me happy was the well balanced pick-up. I have seen accidents happening within the city with bikes having high pick-up wherein the pillion rider was thrown off the bike. I am always careful about that. The Burgman has such a nice and well balanced pickup and the throttle is so wonderfully responsive that I never felt that there can be any such accident. I have seen the NTorq and one thing I have really hated is that the scooter lacks space. It's seat is also smaller. Even with all those features I never liked the look of it since it has a kind of cheap plastic look up close. I want a scooter with enough space, really good mileage and an extremely comfortable ride. Also, the scooter should have ample speed for the highways. I will say I prefer the Burgman. But, before I buy it, I will definitely still take a test ride on the NTorq. Let's see how it feels.

Good review, however there is one Technical disconnect. At 4:35 mins into the review, Abhilasha said that if Owner gv the Scooty to someone else and they overspeed, then owner will get a notification & can call that person... However, the scooty syncs up with your phone through Bluetooth and you are "out of range" if you move the scooty more than 10-15 feet away... So owner getting an over-speed notification & calling the rider is not possible as of now... Since the mobile - sync depends on Bluetooth and has range limitations!

Its so accurate. U both forgot tell about Ntorq. Its have automatic choke.BurgmanStreet street have good design but its failed in smaller wheels. Wheels not match. Real wheel too small and ride is not comfort for Indian Roads. Ntorq is best and funky...

Namma Techee ya congrats bro for ur new bike am also family man but I can’t take risk in Safety As per my knowledge large wheel base offers good road grip and better stability And also it’s good future that I can monitor my kids speed and I can worn them However we stays in city sometimes we have to find New places with the help of Map While driving we can’t do that but it’s possible in this bike more over it’s 10k cheaper then Burgman And finally it’s my Indian product...

Considering the weight of 116kgs & aerodynamic design, the TVS Ntorq is a little beast on the highway roads.

I brought burgman street at 94k on road price

Well the feature i liked the most was the tricolour strip on the windshield and it was the dealbreaker for me.....a proud owner of ntorque

before launch i saw all ppl making fun of burgman bt in real life ppl trust only brands like honda suzuki without comparing anything and saw lot of burgman on street in first day of launch...ntorq still took some time to come on street also newly launched x-blade also could b seen within week of launch bt i have not seen even 1 rtr 1604v even after 4-5 month of launch

prabhat rocks For mileage, you can choose Burgman, but for features and comfort, Ntorq is the best. I've ridden Ntorq and Aprilia 150. But, it has 2 valves but Ntorq has three. Mileage is the same and Ntorq is not so costly. Burgman too is a nice scooter. Another case too. For example, In reliability, new Honda Activa is too poor while comparing with the old one. New Activa doesn't have a life span of the first generation Activa. In every field, we can't find quality products in major brands today. While a product doesn't last long, we will sure go for the next one from the same brand if we are brand conscious. So, sales can be increased. Compare Ntorq and Grazia. Ntorq wins. Thank you.

I live in Chennai and till date I saw the intruder only couple of times and burgmann one time. Have seen a lot of apache 160v . Where do you live?

Beer bottles on t-shirt? It just doesn't go with the theme of reviewing vehicles. Support 'Don't drink and drive/ride' campaign. Your review is good.. but also have "eye for detail" on other aspects which comes on screen :) ofcourse you would think.."what's the big deal?" But it's all about your appearance. First don't even compare it with ntorq. Burgman is a different segment scooter maxi scooter. Ride one and see the difference between both. The comfort you get on burgman no other scooter can give you. And it has the most powerful headlight among all scooters. So practical scooter. It has enough torque for highway cruising and comfort is next level. Ntorq is just revised honda dio with better engine and digital meter.

Anish Naik Ntorq is not just a revised Honda Dio. I request you to have a test ride on Ntorq. For mileage, you can choose Burgman, but for features and comfort, Ntorq is the best. I've ridden Ntorq and Aprilia SR 125. But, it has two valves but Ntorq has three. Mileage is the same and Ntorq is not so costly. Burgman too is a nice scooter. Thank you.

Time has come to send Honda and Suzuki chief engineer and designer to send tvs for apprenticeship training..I think now indian don't want MNC as our desi brand giving better product ,Honda still gives outdated suspension to dio,activa ,front 12 inch and rear 10 inch..made enough loot from india with outdated product ,now time has come to pack ur bags from india..

sahil dhabai i have two hlmt .. vega and steelbird..one is black half and the other one is yellow and black(full),which perfectly match with my scooter.. And both of them perfctly fits on my head.

Burgman Street 🙌❤️😍 Has so much leg room and also have better mileage as compared to to Ntorq.Burgman is also very comfortable while we ride and the LED light are just too OP including its Tail light as well.Tbh i would go fir burgman over ntorq because i love premium look of Burgman over the sporty look of Ntorq well thats my opinion and my experience.

i own a ntorq performance wise its a stellar one but performance isnt the only aspect my friend owns a burgman have to say the comfort that both the rider and pillion get in burgman is way above my ntorq be it the extra boot space leg space ,pedal rest ,the big seat i think of buying burgman because iam 6 feet 1 inch rider bit on the hefty side after using my friends scooter burgman is all that i want for comfort and milege it gives extra 9 bucks thibk it as invesment for milege because milege is the point where ntorq is average and makes u spent some more bucks whereareas the suziki acess engine is a well known product for milege so it boils to us if performance then ntorqbut if comfort and stand out its burgman i hoing with that especially the new reddish color

My brother gaot ntorq 5 months ago and i got burgman 3 months ago he was very happy that day that his scooter has more feature but when few weak passed that time he was asking me for exchange of scooter that was bcs of less mileage less comfort and less storage and even more than 3 times his scooter shown him wrong directions while using navigation these things was not acceptable by him bcs he likes to do long rides and after 3 months in comparing my scooter wins

looks llike the ntorq is better suited for 18-25 age group the 25+ like me would definitely go for burgman, its not as fancy or feature loaded as ntorq but has stuff you actually use in day to day commute home to office & back bigger boot & phone charger wins it for me

I should shout for pros of TVS after using Honda for quite long If you need mileage go with Jupiter, if you need power and performance of a bike go with NTorq I have used both and both perform very well Now tell me if following are there in burgman compared to NTorq 1. While pumping petrol I should sit in seat and should not get from scooter (like a bike) 2. The digital instrument cluster with navigation ( navigation works pretty good, I have used many times) 3. Fuel meter after reserve 4. Kick starting from seat (like bike) 5. Smoothness while riding at 90 km/hr 6. Breaking stability when doing sudden break 7. Throttle response (if you want to over take you must but not haZy) 8. Side stand never hurts your leg while pulling 9. Bike like engine note 10. 42 km/lit mileage in city riding to office

If anything, I love the fact that it has an external gas tank access port so you don't have to open your underseat compartment whenever you fill up with gas. They didn't highlight that feature.

Kinetic Blaze was India's first maxi scooter with a powerful 165 cc engine which can literally smoke out both Ntorq and Burgman. However at that time, the maxi scooter concept in India was pretty unheard. Had this been launched now, would have been an instant hit.

If u like classy thn buy Burgman 125 , if u like Sporty thn Buy Ntorq as scooter Ntorq is looks vry sporty nd also perfomence vry speedy

The review is definitely great, but there are a few blunders the girl made when she said "Notifications and messages" alert on the bike, "Alert on phone when oversped". No , dear, it doesn't do that! It only shows the caller ID and the overspeed is displayed only when the phone is connected while riding. It is not cloud connected that it could send you notifications when its not along with the phone!

I own an ntorq and have ridden the burgman which belongs to my friend and I feel ntorq have a better ride quality, the only advantage with the burgman is it's nimble in traffic and to be able to stretch leg in long ride. in every other aspect ntorq is a much better scooter.

No doubt ..suzuki burgman is best in 125 cc segment in best in mileage of 50kmpl above mileage with premium lool with glove box and large led front and tail lights . Large legroom and under seat storage . Really, i love it.

Is burgman good for someone who's 5'4

It's not a top speed limiter, it shows that you are passing the preset speed limit warning. And it doesn't give you a notification to your phone as you said so that we can call our friend and let him know.

I own a Burgman so here is my review: Pros/ratings - Looks - 8 Performance - 8 (good once your cross 40) Mileage - 7 (45 something just like activa) Overall it is very spacious, premium, brakes and LED lights are good.. Cons: Not comfortable for short riders and ladies.. It's not traffic cutter.. Rear wheel is small.. The price is around 90k including accessories and registration...Is it worth 90k? It depends if you are looking for something unique and spacious, got tired of activa and similar two wheelers then go for burgman otherwise nothing much special about this bike. About ntorq I don't know about its performance but it's not an eye catcher hardly anyone notice sometimes people get confused for Honda dio

Agree. That is the only thing I complained about it. In the rest, it is the best and king of scooter. Lots of advantages in taking corners bcoz of the tyres. Not even need to buy the vehicle mobile charger, supporting usb cable, engine s switch, headlights and folk lights, passing light even in engine kills mode,etc. It is the best in every ways. Only small legrooom
