Much of the house would have to be gutted, though there are some features like the stairway and fireplaces that could be retained. There is some beautiful stonework that makes this a very solid structure, and once restored it would be an imposing building. With planning permission, it could house two or three apartments. This is an investment awaiting a creative buyer!

That' is a money pit.
This building is crumbling : you can see it in the walls of the living room and the attic ! It’s too late !
