Thanks Sis Yemisi I love your creativity I must confess they are usually straight forward and always delicious. I have tried 3 of your recipes which have-turned out perfectly well. Sure gonna try this but am gonna add sweet corn and most likely prawn.

SiSi, Nice meal, This is a typical Swedish recipe. Try adding some soysauce to the mix. It is a game changer. To take it to the next level, just after you mixed the pasta with veggies, you pour all in a baking bowl/casserole. Then, add little pasta sauce and sprinkle some cheese or mozzarella and bake for 10mins. Don't forget Soysauce !

My tongue was burning just watching you chop those scotch bonnets up and you also added suya pepper too. Looks good and I am sure its tasty but that's way too spicy for me. I think you should call it "Fire-Fire" spicy suya stirfry!😥🔥 😂🔥😂🔥😂🔥

Nikky udoye the "ata rodo" (the red hot peppers she used) in Nigeria is not as hot as scotch bonnet (at least the ones I buy in England). One scotch bonnet may be hotter than 4 or more bulbs (?) of the average rodo. I think the Nigerian rodo isn't SB, or maybe it's a less hot variant.

I honestly CANNOT hold raw pepper with my hands while chopping. I always use a fork and Mom complained bout it for years and called it shakara but I'm sorry I've had too many pepper tortures in the past.
