Join us on this scenic road trip across the Susten Pass in the Swiss Alps, and in my opinion, this is the most scenic mountain pass road in Switzerland. We start our drive in the town of Wassen in the Canton of Uri, and begin our climb towards the Sustenpass through the beautiful Meiental (Meien Valley). We reach Die Susten Passhöhe after a drive time of 26 minutes. Thereafter, we descend down the Gadmen Valley before we reach Innertkirchen in the Haslital (Hasli Valley). Thank you for making me more than half a century younger : I experienced my second altitude dizziness passing the Susten on this side before my 25th birthday (the first when going up to Strasbourg Cathedral a few years earlier) . Happy era where gasoline cost less than 1 SF and the volume counter ran faster than that of swiss francs ! 😂😊❤

If I add music, I get way to many complaints, everyone has a different music taste. I recommend to turn down the volume and play your own favourite music along the video.
