Sustainable rubber in the Amazon forest

The Sustainable Management of Amazon Forest Ecosystems project benefited 14 communities in the Chácobo Pacahuara territory, generating almost 11 tons of laminated rubber for sale to the company SIRIMBOL SRL of Santa Cruz and commercial companies in Riberalta.
This project developed activities in four indigenous territories of the northern Amazon of Bolivia: Chácobo Pacahuara, Tacana - Cavineños, Cavineños de la Amazonia and Multiétnico II, benefiting a total of ninety-eight communities and 2,208 families in 6 years of project life 2018 and 2023.
The project implementation agency was the Plurinational Authority of Mother Earth (APMT) and the Indigenous Central of the Amazon Region of Bolivia (CIRABO) was a strategic partner.
