it feels in character as hell, a true masterstroke, of understanding of who he is and music in general

HOLY SHIT!?? The lyrical flow in this is beyond fantastic, like HELLO!? Not even mentioning the shifting vocal dictation matches the tone perfectly, obsessed with how aggressive the delivery gets during the second verse (1:23-1:36) because it truly feels like we are witnessing the progression of Gummigoo’s frustrations. I love how clearly character centric this and the thought put behind the lyrics. Masterfully done :)

The revelation and subsequent story beats inside asset storage were 100% predictable after Caine said the AI was 50x more powerful. Still doesn't make it any less horrifying. Great song to commemorate a short but impactful character.

You know gummigoos eyes are a reflection of himself. He has no pupils,pupils are important to show pure emotion,and him not having pupils shows that his mind or being is imperfect,fake,or unreal. Just like he is,and so he uses the entirety of his eyes to show emotion,as a substitute. Just like his digital emotions mimic real ones,and are a substitute for them. I checked, and so far, assuming you assume that the center of the eye needing to be black constitutes a pupil, the only presumed human that would break this convention would be Pomni herself. As far as I can find, most npc's have eyes without pupils, the only exceptions I could find where the candy queen, although her "pupils" are not black voids, and thus not "real", and one of the random cube thingy's from the first episode, but that might just be a detail. I would say that this theory is not the strongest, as the masked thingy and Cosmo don't have classic eyes, and would be just the pupil by this definition, meaning that later on, if an confirmed npc comes along with just black as their eye color, it would disprove this theory. I can imagine Cain being human by this logic, or at least a not npc. I think this pupil theory holding long term has a slim chance, however it could happen.

Honestly my favorite part of this whole song is the lyricism of the first verse and the little (breath...)s (I LOVE the little (breath...)s). I wish we got more of those little "under his breath" moments, adds _so much_ realism and character. Overall though I just love this whole song so fucking much. The lyricism is great throughout, the beat and instrumentals are fantastic, the visuals are amazing (heh), and it all captures Gummigoo's character perfectly. Hats off mates! You guys did so well. Edit: Now that I've had more time to sit with this, it's not just the lyricism of the first part or the under the breath moments that make me love it so much, but the way it starts out with just the base melody and then brings in the more powerful beats after the first line, before going back and then doing it again. It just adds so much _depth_ in that first verse and makes the first chorus hit so much harder. We love to see it. (Sorry if I'm not using the right terms, I'm a nerd but I'm not a technical one so I don't know the proper way to express my thoughts. Hope this came across right and makes sense anyways!)

I honestly think they might bring him back/his model back, as it was hinted that maybe the mouth guy(don't remember name) sometimes reuses old models/characters for stories. So I'm wondering if maybe he will have his own arch where after every time he is "deleted" and he sees Pomni again, then he will remember the past interactions, and it will keep building until he becomes a real person or something?? Would be cool anyway
