A suspect is in the hospital after officers responded to a domestic violence incident, which then turned into an officer-involved shooting Friday night, according to West Jordan Police.

domestic "violence" is over-enforced. there is human trafficking and drugs on the street yet the law and police seem over eager in these cases.

In the past police under-enforced DV and the police were successfully sued after several high profile murders and maimings. Now to err on the side of caution if there is physical evidence of injury the police HAVE to make an arrest.
