They are referring to a 1970s era Ford van, with Arizona license plates, parked in the neighborhood across the street from the fairgrounds. They htink some objects looked like homemade handgrenades. They may have been watermelons or all we know.

The problem is she never says it's a van. Some reports say they found explosives in his car that was parked at his house.

It also implies that there aren't more exactly like him, but given how many incels on the alt right online pipeline and platforms, the "lone wolf" label only fits the ones who decide to take actions into their own hands. There is definitely a wolf pack of them though.

It’s a term used for decades and it’s not going to change. What would you like the term be? You keep changing it and the term becomes “cool”. Yeah ngl I learned that fact from the media they literally showed a pic of his registration form status in an article from like very MSM outlets, WSJ, NYT, CNN, Fox all normal news sources. I know we love to bash the media but they have been pretty honest in their reporting bounded by the limit of what they know. Obviously the FBI knows more but can’t instantly tell the public

"Explosive materials" is such a generic term it's worthless journalistically. Say expressly and specifically which materials and compounds were discovered. If you are a farmer or a gardener you have "explosive materials" at your house. The media loves to shovel out banal keywords and call it "reporting". So close to the fourth of July firecrackers or other fireworks are "explosive materials". If you camp or grill outside or own any gas powered equipment you have loads of "explosive materials". If it couldn't be "reported" as evidence in a trial court, then it's just a cheap, low-grade story and possibly incorrect. (But hay, it's something to broadcast and called as "news".

It’s a developing story and cops and FBI don’t give all the info at once. They INVESTIGATE. This is real life and not a TV show. No matter what side of the political aisle you are on, this is really sad and troubling for our country. Even though I am not a Trump supporter, I am very glad and relieved that he is okay. I pray for him and his family and all of the families that were impacted. I hope that we can get a complete picture of what happened. God bless our country, and everyone please stay safe.

148 meters is no where near 3000 feet. 1 meter is around 3.28 feet. 148 meters is about 485 feet.
