How long are we gonna keep letting police get away with killing people who’s not a threat to them. Its more videos of them killing innocent people than people who deserve it. fcktherich The cop asked him to show his hands and when he did not comply they took action by grabbing his left arm-hand. There are 6 uses of force..... this is called the “ Use Of Force Continuum “. They received a call about a suspicious vehicle / person and responded , that was the reason for their presence. The suspect decided his fate.... not the officer. I do not condone what has been occurring lately with police officers, but after observing this video in its entirety, I would have to conclude that the officer was justified in using lethal force.

@@fcktherich6913 You are judging by what the news shows you, which is a snippet of the entire scene and story. The police received multiple calls on this person, I’m positive they ran the vehicle and it’s tags upon arriving, they verbally gave the person direction and he refused, this drives up the “something up” meter, they may have even seen the firearm in the vehicle or had reports he had a firearm, and when he continues to resist, they attempted to help him out versus taze him immediately and, we see the end result when he pulled a gun.....like all law abiding citizens do. 👍 A law abiding citizen obey the law....from not parking in no parking zones, to obeying verbal orders from LE, to not resisting, to not pulling a gun and shooting at anyone. Just FYI.

@Gf Ys actually on the federal case law, Pennsylvania vs Mimms, the Supreme Court ruled that on a lawful traffic stop/investigation, police can pull you out of a vehicle for anything at anytime with no official reason needed. You don’t have a right to refuse or stay in the vehicle once ordered out. That’s a fact for the entire US. @@fodderr6561 Like this guy? Ordinary innocent citizens don’t fire on the police.....well, nor resist and continue to resist. And as you are evidently not an officer fo the law, you probably don’t know 2 things. 1 - officer safety is paramount and always on every officers mind. Hence why they were continually trying him to get out of the truck. This pertains to #2. 2 - I believe they saw the firearm, or had info the guy had a gun, which was probably in “plain sight” and gives the officers the right to detain (not arrest necessarily) until they figure out what the deal is. Which they verbalized several times, and attempted to help him out of the truck. This again revolves around officer and public safety......both responsibilities of their job. It is the citizens responsibility to comply with law enforcement.....but, some citizens have never received such training. 🤷‍♂️

@@thetemplar8695 UNLIKE this guy. There does that clear it up for you? Autocorrect. My point was that when cops treat ordinary citizens like they're violent criminals like this guy is, and they're not, that is what is eroding respect for the police. Watch this video & how they treat this guy & then watch the video where they attacked 2 black kids in a car last summer that were video recording them so they violently pulled 2 scared college kids out of the car, breaking the window before the confused driver could open the door, tazing both multiple times & the only "crime" they committed was video recording them. Or how about the pregnant lady that the cop did a PIT maneuver on 2 1/2 minutes after his lights went on cause she didn't stop fast enough. Meanwhile she did exactly what the state manual says to do if pulled over in an unsafe area. Move right, turn on hazard lights slow down & pull over in a safe area. They screamed at the 2 kids, the cop chastised the pregnant lady, but with this violent criminal they didn't do any of that until he pulled the gun out. Cop behavior is untenable because there is no accountability. That is because of qualified immunity. It must be revised or repealed.
