Imitation crab is pollock mixed with other ingredients and shaped into a crab shape. The sushi looks good I also don't like Sashimi salmon but I love Ginger.

I can’t use chopsticks either lol. But when u get sushi ask for kid chopsticks. They are the bomb lol

The way sushi is being eaten is that every sushi that is eaten, you should eat ginger just to change the taste of previous sushi and when you eat ginger when you eat the next sushi, then new taste in the mouth. this is at least I understood to eat sushi.
