Allaan Snackbar You could attack him the moment he came in before being tied. The technic the cop used is trying to intimidate you so that you stay quiet. If he shot you then he would be arrested for sure. By not talking and being scared of him, you actually help him stay silent

1974 to 1986 were the years of his crimes there wasn't the DNA technology like we have now. There's not surveillance like we have now either. DNA had been collected but kept all these years. Once DNA testing was figured out and the CODIS database was started, law enforcement would run the dna but wouldn't get a hit because he wasn't a convicted felon. He was eventually caught through genetic dna testing. It's not as easy as people might think and especially when you've got crimes that have been committed before all the technology we have now.

2:26 there’s no police officer, no person, no...” but the killer WAS working for the department. So the idea that there was maybe another one working for the same department isn’t too far fetched.

The not eating is for him to feel like he has some control. He's a control freak, look at what they said in the video. He would force the boyfriend to tie up the girlfriend, place dishes on him and assault her purposefully within earshot. This is a guy who wants power/control. His only control now is if he eats or not. Makes him feel like he's still in control.

Twice as offensive knowing that he was a cop on payroll at the time of the crime.

I don't think he'll ever stand trial for his crimes. No punishment will ever be enough for what he's done so if he wants to starve himself, I think that's ok for most of us. The misery he's caused for so many people is just staggering.
