Listen to me!!!! I felt the same as Wendell and Jack about the episode. They were really playing with our emotions. No pay off at all
I instantly liked Soda as well from the moment she spoke. I was a bit disappointed when she seemingly discarded Venus. I also understand her decision partially. A lot of the predictions of some YT reviewers counted her out early. She probably is basking in the comfortable spot that she’s in, where she may have anticipated a harder road.
Brice is 100% on point about Ben, y’all stop looking at him weird!!! 😂 also happy birthday to Wendell!

Great episode with the Baby Boyyyyyyzzz and Karla!! Loved to hear the Purple Pants Badass himself receive all the praise and flowers because he darn sure deserved them. 💜 Now you know I will take up for Jackary in a heartbeat and I love Karla! But they are wrong for tryna play Destiny's Child by asking if they had 25 songs. And Jack tryna back the question up with Wikipedia. Nope ✋🏾not today Baby Boyyyyyy, stop playing. It wasn’t a Survivor decision on the length, it was CBS who wanted a two hour due to less weeks needed for The Amazing Race.
The first part of the conversation is the reason why I struggle with current Survivor. It almost seems like they need to have so many gimmicks to make the show move. Sometimes simple and straightforward is ok. The episode seemed to drag. Also, you know I was triggered on the Denise and Malcolm alliance for some strange reason. Anyway, back under my rock.

I agree, the episode felt too long. BUT we are never going to regret that we got that extra time with these players once a lot of their games and stories take off and interweave with eachother. The social experiment aspect of the game really shined in episode 2.

I appreciated them spending more time on camp life but if we had gotten a reward challenge this would’ve been a better episode.
Jess wasn't even the reason they lost immunity Jack. Go back and watch the show and you'll see how the purple tribe was a complete mess compared to the other tribes during that immunity. They all should take blame not just Jess.

I agree, Kenzie was just as frantic and weak, Tiffany and Bhanu kept yelling and getting frustrated, Q is supposed to be a leader but can tell hes over these people! haha this team is actually strong individually but they just cant come together!

Not saying it was all Jess and the mature team response would be to all take some blame but if you’re perceived as weak and underperform you’re gonna catch some heat / votes
