I noticed that when you got in to the van after washing the van, you sat in your seat, closed the door and started talking to the camera. Lock your door as soon as you get in, no matter where you are!

She doesn't have to get a huge dog, just one that can alert her to danger. My chihuahua can hear a whisper 2 miles away. She's the watchdog for our house at night. It's up to her to maintain the cleanliness of the dog. The Lord protected you that day. That dude was a demon.

He knew you were in there. I had a guy standing at the light, staring daggers at me and my instinct told me to lock the door. He acted like he was crossing the street, then quickly diverted and grabbed my door handle. He was a white male with dead eyes. Once he failed, his whole posture immediately changed into a "poor beggar looking for pocket change." I drove off when the light changed. From that day on, my doors are locked before the door closes! So glad you are ok!!!

Having worked in the security and investigation field for the last 20 years, I think you really came close…..That guy probably watched you for a long time. He believed you were alone and therefore vulnerable. Stay safe young lady ❤

Hey, forgive yourself for parking in a vacant lot and forgetting to lock your doors. It was supposed to happen that way because you were able to experience the Holy Sprit alerting you and prompting you. Hey Noami, I don't normally comment on videos; but I wanted to let you know that you probably did lock the doors. There is a gadget (idk what it's called) that can unlock electric locks. I heard about it from my mom (she saw another van lifer fall victim to it- thank God they weren't hurt). You should make locking the deadbolts to your driver and passenger doors a part of your routine. You should also look into deadbolting the sliding door (if they don't already come with it) since they're also electrical. Don't beat yourself up over this incident, you did the right things in listening to the Holy Spirit and acting fast. I hope my comment helps! God bless 💖 Edit*** I'm not a van lifer (I'm hoping to get a small RV sometime soon!); my mom told me about this happening to someone else. I'm sorry for the miscommunication!

I've heard about that device, too. They say not to leave your keys near your door as you walk in, if your car has a remote entry. This device can read your signal, and they can break into your car. I take my car key to bed. Car alarm is a great thing if you find yourself in trouble at night and need help.

You may have saved my life. You kept saying lock your door and just looked over to make sure my bolt was latched. It was unlocked. Just moved and getting used to new habits for new surroundings. I broke basic protocol. Thank you so very much. ❤

So glad it all turned out ok. Some advice: have pepper spray handy in several areas, wasp spray is another deterrent. Shoots out 20 ft. Crazy times, but I’d get a handgun and learn how to shoot it. A dog is another deterrent. You have to protect yourself! Stay safe!

Don’t never park nowhere by yourself it’s to dangerous

God spoke to you and directed your actions. You were unusually tired and when we’re truly fatigued we do things out of character. Prayers have been prayed for you and your safety and they did not go unheard. Let this be a learning experience, keep acknowledging God & do all you can remain safe.

You have a safe routine, when you broke that routine cuz you were distracted, your brain subconsciously knew thus, your brain knew you shouldn't go to sleep and so you got up. Likewise, that dude probably knew that parking lot from his bad habits & routines.. and his brain told him subconsciously there was a possible opportunity with that vehicle. Came down and told her a man was watching her and pointed her out to him, so he came to WARN her that "Some guy" was watching her. He returned a second time like an hour later to talk to her again. He basically warned her of what his plan was for her if she stayed. She followed her gut and left too. That is terrifying.

He wanted her to feel comfortable by telling her someone (else) was watching… then it turns out to be him. Watching enough murder shows that was actually a scenario on one of them were the murderer actually will insert themselves as possibly a witness or I saw some thing they come forward I saw some thing when it’s really them. You should be locking ALL doors even when you’re driving ! I’m in Canada & when I’m out & about, I ALWAYS lock all my doors. This way it becomes a habit that you do automatically. Hope you hear me on this advice & do it . Be safe!🙏🏼👍🏼

Thanks for sharing this experience. Do you have a camera outside your van or in your van, they are always nice to have if that's something you think would offer you less anxiety, while parking.

Your story had my heart racing & pounding with overflowing tears of gratitude to your creator for guiding & protecting you while you quickly went into survival mode & for your ability & courage to debrief yourself & still be standing & safe…. you were able to respond quickly & remove yourself from harm.

Philly: You should check into alarm system for vans like they do cars that headlight flash/horn blaring loudly/hubcaps/steering wheel etc lock while blurring. You should check into that.
