Pastor everything you said but i left these job 3 weeks ago. And yes it was politics I was attacked n bullied for 3.5 yrs mostly by upper management and boy were there alot of em.. I was told it was a jealousy thing. It got to b too much. I'm a writer i didn't even know how i got a political job. Honestly i got cptsd i was taking magnesiums Gained 35 lbs I was doing warfare They stole my overtime money so i got a 2nd job was working 7 days.. I couldn't do it anymore.. They'd see my joy Or other peoples attention to me And every other day i was fighting to survive. It never ended. Fighting for my own peace they did everything to break me.. I can't even put in words some of the stuff they got away with Not enough words for the hell they put on me. If u ignored them it got worst. So i left. Ive never lived through anything that viscious and intentional to destroy one person.. I don't regret leaving but i learned alot. I know you are speaking exactly what i lived though. Maybe one day ill tell my full story
