1 trick you can do with the medical tents wich I discovered by accident, is that if you put the person that needs medical help as the person working in the medical tent, he/she will be cured instantly. You can cure everyone like this, but it is of course a lot of micromanaging. Does not work with kids though as they don't work. As for the game I can easily do it on 300% if I get water on at least 1 side, but there is a big difference tween 300% and 350%. I had a specialist, short catastrophes big stockpiles, all land that wasn't barren was fertiles/green, normal research time, low birth rate and high bandits on the world map instead of very high. It still takes at least twice as long to get anything done compared to a 200% normal game. but with a bit of micromanaging it's not hard.

tried a dozen times , no joy , finished it twice on 345(one specialist) don't think it can be done , it's either going to be winter , lack of food , or lack of plastic i gave up

Same. First month is due or die. Mostly luck then skills. Which annoys me to no end. Feels like gamble rather then skill issue.
