Get well soon 🙏 Best food/practices for gut health from my experience: 1. Fasting - Helps the gut heal and regenerate 2. Probiotics like Sauerkraut and kimchi - Repopulate gut bacteria 3. Crucuferous vegetables What to avoid: 1. Wheat 2. Sugar ( Including packaged yoghurt and juices) 3. Fruits ( Yeah I know. Apart from avocado, the rest have too much fructose) Just my opinion. Doing that has helped me a lot.

Wow thank you so much!! I’m currently doing intermittent fasting 18:6 and it’s awesome! Probiotics I take tablet form plus via natural full fat yoghurts I’m trying my best to up my veggies… its tough haha Avoiding all of the below as much as possible except apples, avocados, bananas and a few others I really appreciate you taking the time to write this thank you!

I had extreme gut problems in the past, I found fruit/veggie juices would help a lot (only consume things that are easy for you to digest for a few weeks).

Apples & Rye bread have been my goto hack. In short it’s about increasing the Fibre I’ve found!
Ugh eliminating foods and figuring out the cause... it can be so so frustrating!!!!! Have you thought about eliminating whey protein? I know how yummy that protein powder is ... I too had my favs and survived on them. But once I removed whey protein and switched to pea protein, it made such a difference! For greens, add spinach to your protein shakes. You won't be able to taste the spinach. Sending healthy vibes!

Soooo frustrating!!! I know I actually did the same with the whey protein I switched back in the day to isolate and was a pea protein blend and it helped however with Intermittent fasting it’s actually not bothering me now! I defo need to “eat” my greens instead of drink them for sure! Thanks for the tips!!

Stomach issues!
Papaya fruit, kimchi and sauerkraut.
To overcome it ..Be careful about what you eat , junk food , meet, pork, Spicy food something like that and start intermittent fasting , keep your habit to drink a lot of water especially soon in morning and everything will be fine
