I started carrying a survival neck knife in addition to my pocket knife because, as they say in survival, "two is one and one is none".
🔪 The neck knife from Survival Frog (s.urvive.it/3NX7nEF) has been an excellent addition to my EDC.
This little neck knife is a full tang beast that's 4mm thick which allows you to baton firewood and use it almost the same way you would a full fixed blade survival knife.
Weighing in a 2.1oz (4.0oz with the sheath) you'll hardly even know you're wearing it... unit you need it!

I wear a neck knife ALL the time; no one knows I have it and its always available when I need it, which I almost had to use while on a bike path - married to spec forces and he taught me knife survival; that's why I always keep one around my neck
Thanks for filming
Just got one for myself and a couple friends birthdays. Hit the knife on the Ken Onion Work-sharp and Strop. Now it is razor sharp!
Just ordered one, seems pretty darn good for the coin.

Great value for sure. Great knife too.
My favorite neck knife is My Esee Stainless Steel Izula with black G-10 handles 💪 🇺🇸

Do they make that anymore? Izula or Eskabar neck knife? I wasn't even aware they ever made that. I'm probably like 5 years late
I have a Gerber...it is A badass
Is that "fire starter" piece a flint or is it a magnesium rod for shaving tinder? Or both?? I'm used to fire starters having a separate magnesium rod and flint. It looks like you're using it as a flint in the demo. So you'd want to also have a tinder source?

8:16 it's a magnesium fire rod. You will need to have a tinder source for those sparks to light. This neck knife is great for making feather sticks too: 3:40.

@@SkilledSurvival Thank you!
Does knife nt fell down from sheath when run or during any actitvity?
@SkilledSurvival
3 жыл бұрын
No, it hasn’t yet for me anyway. It requires a good amount of force to remove it from the sheath.
What is it made of? These are important details. I dont like buying mystery steels.

This one is 440c stainless steel.
Iwish i could have one of that neck knife.ilove knife.😥
You know, telling us what the knife is would have been great. I realize you posted a link to something there, but it takes me to some page about a pen knife that is nothing like what you show. No notes or comments on what this is.

The page was redirecting because they had run out of inventory. The knives are back in stock and can be picked up here: s.urvive.it/2Ma2CYK. Enjoy.
So you only get kick backs from the link? This wasn't a paid promotion?

I bought the knife with my own money and chose to do the review because it’s a great knife. I do earn a small commission if you choose to buy one though the link in the description. Even if I didn’t, I’d still recommend this knife. If you’d rather I don’t earn the commission, just google it and you can find the product without clicking the link. 100% up to you. Thanks for watching.
Had me too 1095 or death ….
And did he forget about talking about the water source purifyer??? Yes Indeed he did!
@SkilledSurvival

I must have. Sorry! You can use the magnesium rod (8:16) to start a fire and boil water. Another great way to purify water on the go can be seen in this video: kzread.info/dash/bejne/oHtp18mGd5afkto.html.
Your wife doesn't even know you got it on. Sounds like you best get busy & intimate or you may know why she's not there. lol

It IS a great knife. Do NOT wear it while wrestling with your kids, because it slips out of the sheath.

Yikes! I hope no one got hurt!
Maybe show the knife cut something an that would help just because its metal doesn't mean it will hold a edge I do like the sheath with the steel on one side that is a great idea but if you want to really sell something watch a couple coldsteel videos especially if yoy5can find the ones in the 90s they do nothing that most go knives should be able to do as much as people call it names coldsteel sells that is why proof sells everyone can talk shit not every can do the shit they claim but I don't know shit I gotta sharpen my espada later

Sorry brother but 440 c steel is not impressive no matter how thick it is it's still stainless and anything would stainless should not be considered anything other than slicing cardboard and envelopes try going for carbon steel or powdered steel kind of like cpm3v and now we're talking

I have had this neck knife for more than 4 years and it is very capable. I’ve used it to baton wood many times and countless other things. For the price point, this neck knife cannot be beat. Are they better neck knives out there? Sure. But I’d rather allocate those funds into a better full tang survival knife and/or other gear than having the cream of the crop neck knife. That just my opinion… you’re, of course, free to disagree and pick whichever neck knife you want to get. Thanks for watching.
seems pretty good but its an produkt placement so i cant trust ur opinion

I did this review on my own, it is not a product placement. Yes, we do earn a commission when you purchase one through this link s.urvive.it/2Ma2CYK but I only recommend products I use and approve of. It also comes with a 6 month money back guarantee and a 3 year warranty. It's a solid product, you won't be disappointed.
yeah,yeah,yeah, dont even know ya have it. Get on with the review.
