Are you joking? These kids used a modified firearm which turned it into a fully automatic which is how that innocent student was grazed because the firearm became out of control once the kid used it to discharge rounds at a car in public with a lot of innocent people, they should be charged for having a machine firearm and that alone will get you a mandatory 7-15 year sentence i know in my state Louisiana they have been giving these youngsters 7-15 years for using a fully automatic weapon no matter what they're age is they were tried as adults. I think every state should have laws like us when it comes to these youngsters using these switches and everyone of them in every state has them attached to they're firearms.
