Big respect to the captain for trusting himself to play his guitar next to Greg. I would dirty my pants if I had to. 😅

Yann Le Bars Greg really is non-judgmental, played next to him (quietly) when we worked together in a store back in the early '90s, nicest guy you could ever know

Charles Patrick I don’t know the man personally but I have no doubt about that. After the thousands of vids I’ve seen of him in the last years I would even love to play with the guy... Yet I’m sure that I would be a tad impressed even though I’m long not a kid anymore 😊

Came here to say this! Huge stones on the captain to take a solo from Greg and hold his own. Well done Captain. (Insert Benny Hill Salute meme)

I guess im asking the wrong place but does anyone know of a tool to get back into an Instagram account?? I somehow lost my password. I would love any assistance you can offer me.
Every time I hear Greg play, l just wanna pile up all my gear and set it on fire. The man's on another level!

Then you realize Greg would tell you not to do that and just play your way! But I agree... I make a point to see him whenever he plays.

Ben Logan you never quit if you want to be good. As Ben posted. It should give you a reason to get practicing. You can do it. It takes time. Lots of it. Don’t give up.

Everytime I hear Greg play, I just find myself asking "how tf does he do that?" he's like the king of weird guitar techniques.

Said the same thing to Robben Ford after his show and he said not to consider doing that ! Use these influences and maybe just pick up a small trick or nuance in their playing . 👍
'Slice and sinew in one tidy package!' I swear Greg is a one man ad agency
As soon as I saw this posted, I literally stopped and made myself a Sunday morning coffee to settle in and watch. It's always epic when Greg comes to visit the Captain 👍👍👍🔥🔥🔥
Hands down one of the most interesting guitar companies out there right now.
Any time Andertons feature the mighty Koch is a wonderful event! Don't leave it too long till the next meet.
It's probably impossible to watch an interview featuring Greg Koch without ending up with a smile.
SENSATIONAL! These guys are so fun and humble. The world is a better place with them in it..... Thanks Andertons & LEE ! We are so so lucky!!
Greg Koch is hilarious. Any video with him in it is almost guaranteed a good laugh and of course some killer playing.
Captain’s getting better every time I hear him.
I love these guys. Whenever I see either of them pop up its a guaranteed watch
The axe Greg's playing is too beautiful for words.
Haha, he does look like a WWE interviewer in this situation.

...once again love the irREVerent banter from Greg and Ken!
I love these people.
The Captain is awesome, Greg is awesome, Ken is awesome and Reverend guitars are awesome! What else can be said? :-)
A glorious tone-hue!
Unknown Hinson guitar is my favorite reverend guitar.
Fantastic video; really fun to watch.
That was a great video, thanks!
Underrated guitars, Reverend. And yes the bass sounds great. Big and mean and clear and piano-y.
Had a Reverend Flatroc that sounded so nice our producer asked to buy it in the studio, I sold it later and deeply regretted it. Got a Double Agent 20th Anniversary now, though and it is awesome as well.
Anxiously awaiting my very own Blucifer. Ordered a while back... perhaps a Xmas present to self?? We can only hope.
The Guitar Giants of the Midwest!! Koch is awesome and reverend guitars are awesome!!
Greg the Gristle King ! .. the Sasquatch of Guitar Fochery
Fab. Captain - your opening solo was gorgeous!
A crapload of gear and 3 cool chaps... Perfect recipe for a good time. Lee, I'd love to see you interview Henning Hansen. Cheers, guys
Great Segment CAP! 👍 now I’ve gotta check our one of these Reverend guitars in person. Diggin’ that Airsonic 🎸🤘🎸

Well well well. Youve finally hit the elusive pinnacle of guitar. MORE PLEASE!!!
Anderton Haas Koch trio
Lee, you just get to have too much fun man! This was delightful.
Greetings from Austin~! The 'Soft Spring' innovation(courtesy of Reeves Gabrels) is just great: Artist gives input, Guitar Maker responds and it's available on their store for everyone. Not mentioned is the 'Triple String Tree', an original idea/invention from Joe Naylor himself. Instead of just the top 2 strings, it also holds the plain "G". Now all three plain strings are in alignment from nut to tuners. Also available on their store. Reverend Guitars are the best price/performance guitars for the working man. Reverend Rules~!
Any video having Reverend, Greg, and the Captain just has to be rad.
Mr Koch is a legend!!! Saw the Koch Marshall trio in Edinburger - outstanding musicianship!!!
This video should be 3 hours long

Wow, these dudes have amazing personalities!
The Buckeye State Being Represented Very Well!!!! Rock on Rev!!!!
Frank Zappa once said does humour belong in music? Exhibit. A Greg Koch ! A stunning musician and hilarious in one giant parcel . I don’t really like Tele style guitars but hearing Greg play kinda drags me towards them !!
I am loving this
Love my double agent thanks Ken!
Rock and roll ain’t noise pollution but smooth jazz surely is.
That black guitar is sooo epic
Bought stuff from andertons,good stuff,good service👍
These guys are fantastic! I haven’t laughed this much in a while! I love the stuff reverend is doing. 👍
I always think of Unknown Hinson when I hear a Reverend guitar!! What an awesome live show!!

Saw Greg at The Half Moon in Putney with the Trio. OMG what a show, musicality and fun in spades. We dug it! Best live show I have seen Period. I will be chomping at the bit for any UK shows next year. How about Greg, Matt Schofield and Josh Smith live together....? Fret melt!

Hell... I love Greg Koch! And WHAT a player!
...immediately starts looking at reverend guitars ...
"Stoidal" ,it doesn't get any better than Ken and Greg together ! ;-)
Greg is great always a great watch
The Unknown Hinson guitar is my favorite !!!
"2020 promises new things". Well you got that right!
What a great sounding guitar the Airsonic is....Wilkinson trems work...🤔 Reverend are making some fantastic guitars...I was lucky enough to go to a Greg Koch clinic....
Greg is trolling so hard: "mythology to this malarky", "glorious tone hue," etc.
You tube doesn't do Gregs guitar justice, when he employs the switch in the middle, the tone change is very noticeable in the flesh.
Kudos to the captain for holding his own between these two gigantic guys and even giganterer personalities. I've met both these guys and they are very overpowering dudes.
the Captain is getting so much better with time🎸
I own a Reverend Club King 290 and it is by far the best feeling/playing guitar I own. And I have lots of expensive Gibson and Fender USA stuff.
I really like the design of most of the guitars Reverend makes. I’m glad they’re offering roasted necks too. I really wish they offered thin nitro finishes even if it was a 2-300 dollar upgrade.
"I don't use pedals with my amp! I've got a cord!" says Greg with a Gristle King at his feet. 😉 To be fair, I don't consider it a pedal... it's the powers of the night and the day squeezed into a box that you simply unleash with an unholy switch.
@robertwellington2616

Floss Man it’s a pedal. Tim Jauernig who makes them would say it’s a pedal.

Yesss
Doesn't Lee look small between these two!Kudos for being there.
Now THAT is an intro!
I’m really digging that red bass. Might have to look into making a purchase.
Sweet Lord, the Captains playing on that intro jam!
Could you possibly ask Ken what the make and model of wrist watch is so effortlessly wearing during this most awsome of videos? Thanks in advance oh Captain my captain! For it is a most wondrous piece of horological excellence indeed.
Hey Lee! you can get the right balance in the P.Green setting by adjusting the volume of one of the pickups, a little goes a long way. Try it ;-) Both pickups at 100% is the thinnest sound of the PG setting.
Love me some Koch! Wait? 🎶🎸

People dislike the sonic blue??? That is lunacy.
Very nice, i'd love to own a purple Gristlemaster!

Love that spacehawk, Greg is the professor of controlled mayhem. Haas is great too. One of the best videos ever by you all. I looked at a reverend get stream today. Trying to keep myself from buying it. It's awesome.
Glad to hear "no pedal" people exist! I haven't got into them yet but there's so much you can do with a clean amp and a five-way selector switch.

Skylar H still discovering new sounds after three months with just my Fender '57 Custom Deluxe, my Strat, and a cable, amp has four different inputs each with different sounds for a start, then dozens of different sounds on each input changing the tone and volume settings, and that's before touching any setting on the Strat!
@robertwellington2616

Skylar H I have a few amps that don’t need pedals. Took yrs to get but the Friedman smallbox limited and the egnater tweaker 15 head. Both heads. I just love dirt, fuzz and or overdrive pedals. But definitely possible with the right amp.
Greg Koch, reminds me of a happy Roy Buchanan. Great guy and amazing player!
Great interview, great dudes, great guitars. Reverend are a bit like Charvel for me. They fly a bit under the radar, but you get your hands on one and it's hard to believe the quality and features you get for the price they charge.
Robin Finck signature model?! FUCK TO THE YES! That guy is an underrated and very original player. Trent cycled through a few cats without Robin in the band and while they were all good live, they didn't sound like NIN. Robin has such an original strumming/playing style that he makes NIN sound like NIN (from 94 on, mind you).
🤯awesome 🤯😎😎😎
Reverend Buckshot is my favorite guitar by a mile.
These guys make me want to buy a reverend guitar.
intro Jam The Capt. DOMINATED
I was trying to find out the jam source inspiration at the begining : 'The pusher' from Steppenwolf. Not so easy to find Reverend guitars in EU...
I need that Bigsby for my Sensei RA!!
the Ron Ashton V is my fave...
My kind of era at that time I had a laney valve amp and a hayman 30/30 couldn't afford an ac30 or fender lol
Spring may keep the Triumph in tune and more responsive too
yeah!!!!
The Koch-Master
Cap playing some wicked lead!!
Who is that little boy sitting between those big ol' dudes? LOL! JK. Love it!
"a glorious tone hue, I might add" funny as!
Bass tone is killer
I'm surprised not to see the Koch Greg amp in this video.
Well done, Captain! I would have shit my pants!...lol
Greg Koch has this 'Fuck You' vibe to his playing that I only dream of emulating
