Ok that explains it...I thought maybe something was wrong with my Surron, as going easy (45 kph) I was only getting about 50 km distance or 31 miles...I thought the bike would do better with range..will be hooking up a watt meter and seeing just how hungry this thing really is...

What was the temperature?

Just started saving up for one so I should have enough by the time I get my license so I can drive around to cool trails

I am 6 foot one I have friends that ride that are 6 foot three you just have to lift up the bars to get a good riding position

How are you able to switch between the 60v and 72v battery and have the stock speedometer work?

The stock speedometer doesn’t work at all even the stock form. It’s just based on the RPMs of the motor. And I switch out the speed controller when I switch the battery to it’s a lot of work but I like making the videos!

@@EdwinOlding Okay because I just ordered the same battery and the BAC4000 from emotobros. They said it doesn't support switching back and forth between the 60v and the 72v yet but they probably will in the future. I can tell you put a lot of time and effort into your videos and I know the entire Surron community appreciates it. I know these bikes are just going to get more and more popular and the fact that you're one of the few youtubers producing high quality content on this bike is going to pay off for your channel. Keep doing what you're doing. Looking forward to more of your videos on the Surron and all other electric bikes 🤘

Looks very weak on the stock 60v, i can't justify paying $ 4k for the bike and another $ 3k for the 72v upgrade. Squeking brakes, bad suspension, bad tires, probably ends up paying for a "Drill one" or KTM's electric dirtbike.

I am 227 and it moves me. At 6.3 you are taller and the bike feels a little small for me. You will want to lower the foot pegs, raise the bars and maybe even the seat height.

I think you could probably get 30 miles just cruising on a paved Road I'll have to test that too. Yeah at 10 miles you would be the first back to the truck for sure
