As the hot air rises away from the city of San Francisco, its mass creates a low-pressure zone, which sucks in cold, moist air from the Pacific Ocean.
As the air cools below the dew point, Karl (the Fog) condenses and makes the city surreal. Now it's my turn to fly around with Karl, and make art.
