Surprising Joe Rogan w/ Custom Elk Boots at UFC 300
Watch as we surprise Joe Rogan with a pair of boots at UFC 300 made out of the elk that he harvested last fall. Track the elk from the hunt with Joe, Cam Hanes, and Evan Hafer, to the hide being conditioned at Seidel Tanning, and through the crafting of the finished leather into a perfect pair of boots at the ORIGIN™ bootmaking shop in Farmington, Maine.

Wow, that is so great. I lived in Farmington Maine for 15 years. Back then there was one shoe factory (Cole-Haan) still operating and I had friends that worked there. I still live in Maine and plan on driving up there and buying a pair of ORIGIN boots. They have an outlet store there. (When you buy good quality boots they can last for decades.)
@johningle1
Ай бұрын
I first started buying from Cole-Haan when I bought a belt there that was solid leather and lasted for years. It never broke, just got too much wear over the years. Most belts have that stupid screw in buckle that always breaks. And the plated leather cracks. I have also now bought many shoes.
@hubrisnaut

@@johningle1 There are some good quality brands made here in Maine. I bought black leather dress shoes from a small maker in Lewiston back in the late '90s that are now family heirlooms! When I went in the outlet they had a cobbler in the front room showing me how the shoes were made and how the soles could be replaced. I knew I wanted this experience because my wider family have been involved in leather and shoemaking. The huge factories seen in New England were making things.

Such a good idea with the entrance/exit
This is incredible on so many aspects. Good to see Americans producing and being proud. Heads High my fellow Americans, we will not be defeated so Help me God.
great content from the Origns Team! well done
That thought of entry and exit being highlighted with red showed the thought put into this product and that's awesome!!

What I don't get is how they are able to put it on both boots because they even said themselves they only had one entry and one exit, which means two holes all together, and somehow they had four unless they faked it on the other boot.

Those boots are a couple pieces of beautiful artwork. Really cool to see so many different people putting their hands on them and working with them and building something so amazing.
I do handcrafted leather so I really enjoyed this. And the BMF fight was great!!! Max back in too and Justin showed why he was the BMF belt holder! Amazing performance from both guys!
ORIGIN, I need some fire navy colored tac pants for work (Fire/EMS) PLEASE put these out soon!!!
"is normal..." - Mayo "The Spider" Silva
You put those boots away like you stole them and saw the person you stole them from coming, you didn’t even let Joe look at the boots.
To see Glover Textarra deliver those boots was heart warming 😢
Shout out to the whole team!!!!! Dennis! Great idea and execution
"I didn't come up with it. One of my guys did".... Love that 💯
man, you guys just came up with a great idea. Take someone's hide they earned from a hunt and turn it into something they can use everyday. That would be so awesome if you could do that for every American!
