You’re so blessed .. my dad was city attorney and a wonderful father, he rocked me to sleep every night but he died when I was just 7 years old. My mom never dated again. They were married almost 20 years and his picture was at her bedside till she died 30 years later. He was irreplaceable ... you are so blessed to have a wonderful dad.

I had to watch your dad's surprise several times!! Cherish him, while you have him! Lost my father a few years back... and it still hurts. Would have loved to have taken him on a family vacation - but he had dementia. What a wonder time and great video to watch!

Just catching up on previous videos while binge watching. What your mom said when you asked her how she liked the trip would have been my exact words. To vacation with all your adult children at one time, would touch any mothers heart!

Watching old videos and I'm just so glad you got this trip before the pandemic hit! We had a January trip like that and a family birthday party that we look back on with great gratitude.

Oh my gosh!! I have been watching your vlogs for a while and when I saw this one I was like - for some reason I recognize your dad. Then it dawned on me - I worked with him on a couple of things where he worked Toronto (won't share anything for privacy). I worked for that company for 25 years and so met many people. Your dad was a stand out. A consummate professional, kind and hard working. So great to see him enjoying retirement and wishing the best to all of you.
