Liebe Rahila und liebe Nazila. Das ist wieder einmal ein sehr schönes Rezept. Nur der Sinn mit den Stäbchen im Rinderherz entgeht mir.. Bei den Rosenblättern für den Tee schneiden wir immer die weißen Spitzen ab. Die Spitzen sind etwas bitter. Guten Apetitt

I want the samething, but Chef cooks the sameway my grandmother used to cook. Like the daughter you have to watch and learn. My grandmother's generation didn't know what a measuring cup or a measuring spoon was. They cooked by feelings and the ancestors. You know how many laddles of flour to put in and how many eggs you put by watching.
