Absolutely the wrong decision to bring this show back with Holly. This was Cilla’s show. When she died, the show died with her. Same as Blind Date.

British Airways staff definitely don’t remember Cilla fondly.

I think it says a lot about Cilla that seconds into this I had forgotten we had lost Cilla and that I was just smiling at this video. That's her legacy right there. RIP Cilla.

As much as I like Holly as a person, this is and always will be Cilla's show. RIP.

I highly doubt she found the tape, it'll be whoever manages the archive at ITV. She may have had a vague recollection of the family as they only did one Surprise Surprise in 1999 but probably had to watch it back beforehand to fully remind herself. It's partly the cheesy element of the show people enjoy I think, the thought of Cilla in a dusty library of tapes trying to find this one clip.
