In Indian culture n scriptures ,it's mentioned that during auspicious occasions n as such dogs or any other animal should not be allowed inside the house.There is a place meant for every animal outside the house n they should be kept there.Because every animal have got the birth as animal due to their Karmas n each n every animal is given the body according to their past karmas .It's mentioned in detail that what sin will give one which body .so inshort Animals should receivevproper care but should not be allowed inside the house because like human being they also carry their energy n aura .
