@@jguillermooliver Es hablar neutro, Guillermo. Usa palabras que un argentino no diría, pero que en el español están, para que todos entiendan. Un ejemplo, así por decir, para que lo entiendas: en vez de decir "torta", dirá "pastel". Esas cositas. Habla en neutro para que todos entiendan qué dice, y a la par, por la misma razón, habla lento. Muy porfeado lo tuyo, es algo que ella misma dice hacer en su trabajo. Nada más que decir. Chau.

Estoy de acuerdo con lo que dijiste de los vocales. A veces eso me cuesta en español también. Respecto a la diferencia entre fill y feel, sí hay sonidos diferentes pero si dices ambas palabras como "feel" te podemos entender con el contexto. Gracias por un video interesante!

Feel y Fill- no son lo mismo y se pronuncian diferentemente. Otros ejemplos - Deal dill, beal bill, meal mill , heel hill, kneel nil, peel pill, seal sill , etc etc... La tendencia es pronunciar los de la misma manera para los estudiantes del ingles....
¡Agustina yo puedo enseñarte Portugués, mismo porque nuestros idiomas son muy parecidos! ¡Yo Aprendí Inglés y Español por mi cuenta, pero aún deseo aprender otros idiomas! ¡Soy Brasileño y deseo tener una pareja de Argentina, México, España, Colombia o Venezuela, porque me gusta mucho la cultura y el idioma de eses países!

Good call, they both look like good channels. Russian is on my shortlist of languages that I am hoping Pablo adds to his channel when he expands.
Chino también es muy útil en la America Latina porque hay gran población china en casi todos los países. Es muy común encontrarse una tienda china en cualquier esquina de las ciudades. Los países con gran porcentaje de chinos en su población son: Panama, La República Dominicana, Venezuela y Peru. Argentina también tiene una gran población china, pero no alcanza el nivel de los países arriba mencionados.

Hola Agustina, por qué no vas a Austria? Casi lo mismo que suiza con las montañas y todo jaja. Especialmente las ciudades de Salzburgo y Viena son muy bonitas y con mucha cultura. Y es un poco más barato como en Suiza, comparable a Alemania

ruso да, отлично! Наш язык в некоторых местах может быть немного усложнен для изучающих его, но все же не такой сложный как китайский 😅 Зато русский мелодичен, красив и разносторонен. У нас есть заимствования из разных культур, славянских, тюркских, и даже из французского)

The vowels /i/ and /ɪ/ are most definitely _not_ the same. 😊 Most Spanish L1 speakers who speak English fluently still just do not produce English vowels that don't exist in Spanish's phoneme inventory, but Agustina seems to produce some, from the few times I've heard her speak a little English -- although apparently she can't even hear the /ɪ/ vowel, which is interesting. Oh, I bet she dentalizes her voiced alveolar /d/ stops in English. Almost all Spanish L1 speakers do, as far as I can tell. Thats actually occasionally confusing to English L1 speakers, because the /d/ ends up sounding like an interdental fricative, to native English speakers.

@@extraterestrial Basically meaning they pronounce /d/ sounds between their teeth with less emphasis, a bit like the combination of 'th' in words like this and the, instead of placing the tip of their toungue against the teeth ridge.

The short i in English must be just as challenging for Spanish speakers as the rr and rrr are for English speakers since neither sound exists in the other language.
