Very impressive lap for mixed conditions. Of course on dry tarmac it would have been on another level, I remember on Tim's (Shmee) passenger lap , Schwedenkreuz was flat out which shocked him..

Always wet when good car is out

the downforce,chattering of the gearbox,aero,twin turbo crossplane crank v8 rumble,corners.....its just something else. thank you for sharing this

Was the engine changed recently? At least till 2022 the AMG GT3 was using the old M156 based engine which is NA.

The GT3 still use the old NA 6.2l v8

Very special experience and nice to see that bilstein is thinking about you in these situations. And for us an amazing pov view of a gt3 lap around the ring. Just amazing to watch.

So nice to still hear straight cut gears harmonize with a beefy big booty V8 GT3 car. Awesome vid!

I was lucky enough to win a hot lap session with Chris Froggatt, around Brands Hatch last year. The grip levels, the G forces, the power, absolutely blew my mind. So I can only imagine what it was like, around the Green Hell!!! Mind bendingly unbelievable.

Up to 500k KZread members this year! What a GREAT ride, I think in the dry this thing is on way another level in terms of grip compard to the GT2 RS MR.

I visited the Nurburgring during the last DTM race weekend and seeing these AMGs on the track and in the pit lane was a crazy experience, doing a lap in one is definitely a bucket list item!

AMG GT3 is my iRacing car of choice. Great job putting power down on the mixed wet-dry pavement. Had speedo peg for a few seconds at end. A great way to close...

I think you are driving with nearly the same speed almost everywhere. The lines are a bit different but you colud also put a lap like this together! (P.S. This driver is using this car on almost every race BUT you drive around peolpe's random car whit the same precision and I would like to say congrats for your consistency! )

The throttle bar must be a bit exaggerated because I'm sure it would accelerate a lot quicker if it was really full throttle. Very interesting how little the brakes have to work compared to their full potential though or maybe this is also down to no ABS idk, as that's sort of similar pressure to how I used to race time trial cars on forza :D The girlfriend's thumbs up reactions after the car getting sideways etc were so wholesome lol

Interesting, topped out going 260 kph at 6th gear, I know it is restricted 6.2 compared to production SLS, but probably restricted at top end as well.
